This is a very good toto drake 1.6 gallon tank but it uses a canister style flush valve which cannot be adjusted so what I had to do was to order a fluidmaster three inch flush valve with adjustable flapper which allows the control of how long the flapper stays up in order to allow the complete evacuation of toilet paper and waste.The toto canister style flush valve was half flushing meaning that the flush valve canister would only allow half a tank of water to be flushed then drop back down causing the toilet to choke and prevented the toilet from flushing completely unless the toilet handle was held down.I called the toto customer support and was told that due to government regulations concerning the use and consumption of water toto had to design and configure their toilets without any means of adjusting the water level in the toilet tank or how long the the flush valve stays open to allow enough water to drain from the toilet tank so that the toilet paper and waste can be completely flushed.I was beside myself because I pressed the toilet handle once and released it with the tank cover off and I saw that the canister style flush valve would only allow half of the water in the toilet tank to empty out then would immediately drop to stop any more water from draining from the toilet tank into the toilet and as a result the toilet was clogging.I understand the need to conserve water if and when ever possible but the government always goes too far with laws and regulations which is why we must not allow the government to always dictate what we can and cannot do/can and cannot use.U.S. government officials always chastise us about pollution and waste while they fly all across the country and to other parts of the world in their private jets because to the U.S. government officials regulations and rules always apply to everyone except to them which is an affront to America because U.S. officials are elected to serve for the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE,not to serve their own best interests.What applies to WE THE PEOPLE must also apply to U.S. elected government officials which is not often the case and is the very reason why we are seeing so much corruption,discontent and miscarriage of justice here in America.
