This is an amazing gadget that has allowed me to replay all my favourite tape cassettes that have been sitting in storage. Unlike some of the earlier technology cassette players, there is no "wow" or "flutter" to speak of, indicating a very good drive mechanism. The music is well reproduced with minimal noise, if I may say, "almost" as well as my expensive Alpine classic tape deck that was part of my original "stereo system". And, the fact that it transfers and plays the digital format to a micro-USB chip... BONUS! The mechanism seems sturdy enough despite it being made of plastic. No idea though how it will stand up with use.

Das GerĂ€t habe ich gekauft, um einen lange hinausgezögerten Plan, meine ca. 200 alten MCs zu digitalisieren, auszufĂŒhren. Die Ă€ltesten Kassetten stammen aus den spĂ€ten 70er und frĂŒhen 80er Jahren. Da ich frĂŒher selbst Veranstaltungen aus Jazz und Literatur organisiert habe, gibt es auch viele Mitschnitte von solchen Veranstaltungen.Die Funktion des GerĂ€tes ist ausgezeichnet, die TonqualitĂ€t der Digitalaufnahmen entspricht dem Original. Eine Verbesserung der QualitĂ€t war allerdings auch nicht zu erwarten.Leider erhielt ich das GerĂ€t in weiĂ und nicht in schwarz, aber vielleicht habe ich auch bei der Bestellung einen Fehler gemacht. Egal. Anwender aufgepasst! Beim Entnehmen der mitgelieferten Micro-Card gut aufpassen. Die Feder ist extrem leistungswillig. Mein persönlicher Auswurfrekord liegt bei ca 3,5 bis 4 m. Kurz und gut. Das GerĂ€t erfĂŒllt meine Anforderungen zu 100%. FĂŒr die Bearbeitung empfehle ich eine kostenlose App von Adobe. 123app.com ist eine Cloud-Anwendung, einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen und sehr vielfĂ€ltig. Viele Tools fĂŒr die Bearbeitung von Videos, Audios und PDF-Files stehen kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung. Mit ein wenig Ăbung geht die Bearbeitung superschnell. Auch fĂŒr diese Anwendung vergebe ich 5 Sterne. :-)

I'm glad that it works because I got busy with more important thing than setting around and saving some great music .... I am really impressed with everything about It ... the sound.. it's easy to use.. hey and price is Awesome too! matter of fact I'm listening to music that is being converted now! We were so blessed with great music 60s 70s 80s ... Otis Redding Sittin on the dock of the bay!

So, where to begin with this review... The KLIM K7 Cassette Tape Player + Cassette to MP3 Converter, etc. works as advertised. First off, the tape player comes with headphones, although I haven't tried those because I have a better choice to use. Hopefully, you will have a similar option. Next, after getting my headphones together, I dug through some old cassette tapes from the 1980s and popped one in and pressed play. At first, I forgot to turn the contraption on so I got nothing at first. After I figured that out, I turned it on and pressed play again. Sound! I was reliving those days of my youth! This was great because I have some tapes that are not available on CD or streaming, so this was the first time I heard some of these songs since the 1980s! So, right off the bat I was satisfied. Then, I inserted the MicroSD card (which comes with the player) and recorded some sound from the cassette and that worked well too! So, I was quite satisfied with the purchase. Next test was to buy a patch cord and connect the cassette player to the AUX jack in my car. This also worked! I was listening to cassettes in the car again, just like the 1980s! Again, you may be reading this thinking why is this person so excited about this? Well, its an opportunity to reclaim songs lost to the cassette. I can record it to the MicroSD card, transfer it to a USB drive to use in the car or burn the music to a CD; also, I could put the file on my phone and play it via BlueTooth in the car or with the earbuds/headphones. Now, for the negatives... You cannot record to cassette with this device, only to the MicroSD Card. Also, there is no radio. This is solely a cassette player or cassette player to MP3 device. Knowing this ahead of time, this was not a deal-breaker for me. Just wanted to put that out there for those of you reading reviews ahead of a possible purchase.Overall, I have been quite pleased with this item. You can charge it via a USB cable or it looks like there is a place to install batteries, I haven't bothered with that so far. If you are looking for a Walkman type player, this is a sufficient substitute for the old-school Sony Walkman. If you are on the fence about buying this, make the plunge. Although the price increased from the time I first saw this, I am still satisfied. What are you waiting for? Play yourself a mix-tape... Or, you can make a Mix-Playlist via MP3. I hope this helps someone! Rock On!

i got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it! it plays cassettes amazingly, even the mixtapes i made for him. it can play it as a speaker, or through headphones that come with this guy. he loves it, so itâs a win in my book :)

The current state of personal stereos is pretty dismal. Nothing seems to match my Sony Walkmans from the 80's. That said, I bought this little device, and I like it, but with a couple of caveats.1: The tape speed is just a bit fast. That should be easily remedied with a small adjust through a small access hole in the back...a nice touch!2: The counter is bright and easy to see, but has nothing to do with the amount of tape consumes or the running time.3: The supplied headphones are fine, but this stereo will sound better with upgraded ones, because..4: The sound is a little too bright. There's no Dolby noise reduction at all, and no provision for high grade/metal tape. Overall build quality seems fine. There is a Tenashin (sp?) transport mechanism, of course...that's universal today.
