These scissors cam nicely boxed and are very sharp. Easy to cut pieces of meat with them but be careful of your fingers! The multifunction and ability to take the scissors apart makes them even more useful for any type of project in the kitchen.

I liked everything about this product. It's easy to clean (I don't put mine in the dishwasher) It is very, very sharp. It comes apart for easy cleaning. It has a special little part in the blade to nip tiny bones. I've splayed a chicken, cut through rib bones, nipped the tips off poultry wings. I also used it to cut off the leafy ends of carrots, and cut the carrots themselves into rounds. I cut pork tenderloin length wise, or if it's too wide, cut each length again, for stir-fry. YOU MUST WATCH THE VIDEO AND READ THE DIRECTIONS. PUTTING THIS KITCHEN HELPER IN UNINFORMED HANDS COULD BE SERIOUS. IF YOU'RE A SERIOUS COOK, YOU'LL LOVE THESE SERIOUS ]SCISSORS. Linda Kesselman

They seem like a well built pair of scissors!! They just don’t cut open a plastic bag well at all. Not a great value if they don’t cut plastic in the kitchen
