How have I lived 40 plus years of my life and I am just now learning about these hen scissors!!! Total game changer in the kitchen! Makes using herbs a pleasure. You can have a cup of fresh parsley, cilantro or basil, etc minced in no time! Love it!

Nice kitchen addition. Easier to cut herbs directly into food than chop. Safer also. Extra accessories are quite handy, especially the tool with holes to strip herb leaves from a stem.

Bruised herbs and gummed up quickly. Worth a try - going back to hand chopping and mincing.

I’m so very happy I finally bought these! I use a lot of cilantro and my cutting skills aren’t the greatest so I dreaded having to chop up fresh herbs. The scissors are effortless and the brush gets out every single piece when you’re done. I haven’t used any of the other pieces yet because I’m flabbergasted at the scissors! Great price, great quality!
