The instructions are in broken English. Machine works well and makes good bread. It is easy to clean and is not loud.

Picked this up since it was on sale at the time, and it's my first bread machine. I tried making bread in the past with my mom's old recipe and just couldn't get it to come out right. This machine makes it so easy! I've tried all of the recipes in the booklet they provide, and a few from the internet and was very happy with all of them. Also made pizza dough using the raw dough setting, and that was awesome! So glad I decided to get this machine. Easy to use, and easy to clean up. I have friends who ask me to make bread whenever we have dinner at my place or their house. Next up, homemade hamburger and hotdog buns!

I have an older Cuisinart bread machine at my other house and got this one for my other place. So far I’ve made regular white bread, banana bread, English muffins dough, pretzel dog dough and doughnut dough. I’m not a baker at all but everything came out great with this versatile machine. The manual is a bit terse and written in poor English but otherwise this is a great machine. And there’s nothing in the manual you can’t figure out and tons of online recipes to try. I included pics of the English muffins I made today with it. They are light, fluffy and very tasty. The machine did most of the work and I just rolled out the dough, cut the muffin pucks and fried them in a cast iron pan. And CNN presto I have muffins for eggs Benedict!!Honestly there’s nothing my Cuisinart can do that this one can’t and I’ve only tried a few of the modes it has.I did see one reviewer comment they couldn’t get the bread pan out of the machine. It is clearly documented in the manual but a simple counterclockwise twist of the pan will unlock it. It is exactly how my Cuisinart works so unless theirs was broken in some way they didn’t try very hard. I do recommend grabbing the top edge of the pan to twist vs the handle. The handle is a little thin and flexes for me when twisted. The rim is more solid (just be careful if the pan is still hot and wear mitts!!). It will probably loosen up a bit over time if you really want to use the handle but I’d just stick with the upper rim.Other than improving the manual a bit, I can’t say anything bad about this bread machine. It’s been a pleasure to use on every occasion.

For the money, it’s a nice machine. I had a Black&Decker bread maker since the early 90’s. It finally conked out and since we’re now a throw-away society, the poor thing cannot be repaired. I had researched bread machines and settled on this one. It’s quiet and quite a bit smaller than my old machine. It has performed quite nicely. Three things I don’t like: there is not a cord wrap for the cord; the control panel does not stay illuminated once the machine starts—so you can’t see the timer counting down; and lastly is the instruction booklet. The recipes are in metric. Sorry—but I live in the US and we measure in cups—not “ml or g”. I use the recipes from my old B&D book—they work fine in this machine. And someone really should have proofread the booklet before publishing. I make leaven dough so I can roll it out for pizzas. Here is a sample of the instructions:…..You can do not add or not salt, sugar and milk powder according to your taste…..What??? Other than these 3 things—which I’m sure to most, are very minor complaints, I do recommend the machine.

Solid bread maker. Unfortunately the instructions are confusing and hard to follow. I have made 4 bread loaves, they are dense and taste good, but they are not shaped nice. The price was right. Easy to clean, the noise level is acceptable, and the bread is warm at completion.

Love, love, love it. Have made several recipes. Banana bread needed to cook a lot longer. No prizes on the yogurt but not terrible and easier and faster than instant pot. Only makes a qt at a time.Very quiet, delayed cook is wonderful.

This bread maker is very high quality. It has a beautiful and sleek design with a great digital display. It has a great instruction manual with good tips. I’ve tried several recipes from the book as well as some of my own. I used my old one so much I had to get a new one. I wasn’t convinced when I ordered this but it was a pleasant surprise. Worth the money in my opinion.
