I’m an experienced bread machine user. I’ve tried other brands with higher ratings but they didn’t work as well as the Breadman brand. Also, the instruction booklet is extremely helpful in making sure the loaf turns out the way it should.

Won't go through kneeding cycle. Stops moving but loaf won't finish kneeding or rise. Tried trouble shooting they offered. Nothing works. Worked 3 times total and that's it. Return window closed so stuck with a giant paperweight.

Actually, we use this for kneading and first rise. We're older women who can't do the job manually any more. We also like to make shaped loaves, so we oven bake the dough. The Breadman is wonderfully easy to use, and the dough is always very smooth, with no lumps of ingredients or add-ins. There's a nice recipe book, but we find it works quite well with our own recipes. East to program machine with a good variety of options.

One of the bolts in the bottom of the pan is missing, leaving a hole in the bottom of the pan. I just opened the box today and it came this way. Since I waited a month to open the box, the return window expired 2 days ago. There is no way to contact customer service. Now I’m stuck with a very expensive appliance that is not usable and have no way to exchange or return it.

I returned 3 machines, all big names brand. This was my last machine. I had always used smaller units for about 5 yrs. Was pleased with all, but this one puts them to same. I’ve done Wheat White& sweet bread, tastes like it was made buy a professional. Highly recommend

Breadman never disappoints. my original machine died after 8 years. This new one is even better. love how the inner baker turns to lock in and turns to unlock. Great Bread.
