We ordered this for our new office. I love that we have control and can keep track of who is coming into the building. Great product. We have been using this since June 2023 and there have only been a handful of times that the keys were sticking (placed on the outside of the door in Arizona) but after cleaning it out with a can of air the issue was fixed.
