Once the screws are tightened this is a very stable post. It does take some effort to tighten them.

Never got it hooked up as it wasn’t convenient for drivers side in that portion of the driveway

One of our post was run into and damaged, I bought this to replace the damaged parts of the existing post. The poles and holes for the set screws were a good match, the only difference are the set screws are larger with this brand, which is good. As far as the wobble that other reviewers pointed out, a cheap rubber o-ring between the pole sections took care of that.

I've been ordering these stands for years for my gate opener customers to put their keypad on.

The post is a little wobbly as the way the post is joined together is much weaker than the post pipe.

Seems like a good product but was damaged at the factory (the box had no damage at all) and they just shipped it that way. Quality control ??

The joints are not very good. It's pretty wobbly. It seemed pretty tight, but as soon as the first mirror hit the post it will no longer tighten.
