I needed a large pot to make stock and this fit the bill. It's a real pot with a double thickness at the bottom for even heating. The handles on the pot don't get hot and neither does the handle on the lid.I was able to make a large pot of stock without it boiling over. The pot is easy to clean and looks pretty, it will fit in with any set you already have. This is absolutely a great value for the money spent.

When I opened this pot I thought that it was beautiful. I happily washed the pot and lid and dried it thoroughly. I filled it with water and put it on the stove to boil some pasta. Imagine my horror when I went to see if it was boiling and the water was ORANGE! I looked at the bottom and there were spots of RUST and it was bleeding into my water! Those spots were not there when I started. I don’t know what this pot is made of but it isn’t stainless steel. Do not buy this pot!

Great pot, good quality, tested it few times already. Washed it with soap, etc… No marks, no issues so far. Seems and feels like a really good quality product.

Great 12-quart pot in looks, weight and function. It is wide enough to cover the large burner and low enough to be able to add or remove contents without having to stand on the tippy-toes and stir without hitting the stove hood. The wife loves it. I am happy when she is happy.

This is a great pot, especially for the price. It's a lighter weight induction soup or stock pot. Great for steaming rice, making pasta, steaming veggies using less liquid. Cooks food evenly without burning the food or the pot. The pot dents easily so use care. Cleans up easily with a no-scratch scrubby (such as a 'Dobie'). Note of caution: The handles heat up quickly requiring a minute to cool.

I just got this pan today but quality is excellant so far. It is Heavy enough to not burn or scorch food. The bottom is multi-layer and heavy for the same reason but light enough to lift with ease. Lid has a glass top which is nice when checking food. I made a big batch of potatoes on my stovetop. Handles were a good comfortable size. They did not burn my hands straight off the stove. This pan is a looker. It well when it is hanging on my pot-rack. I bought 2 pans kind of by mistake. I will be sending back the other pan unopened. And under $40.00.
