About this item

  • INDUCTION COMPATIBLE: The stainless-steel 21.5 quart pot combined with flat, encapsulated base is specifically designed for use with all cooktops, including induction and glass top ranges. The base ensures uniform heat distribution, minimizing hot spots that can lead to uneven processing or jar breakage.
  • DURABILITY: Crafted from high-quality, heavy-duty stainless steel, this canner is built to last, resist corrosion, and handle the rigors of repeated use.
  • EASY-LIFT JAR RACK: Designed to rest on the sides of the pot. Jars can be loaded easily and lowered into the canner. All while keeping jars off the bottom for full water circulation. The heavy-duty stainless steel rack holds (7) 1-quart, (9) 1-pint or (12) half-pint jars.
  • SAFE HANDLING: The large, stainless steel, wire handles are wrapped with silicone for a sturdy and comfortable grip. The handles are securely riveted to the pot for added stability.
  • GLASS LID: The tempered glass lid is shatter-resistant and allows easy viewing of the cooking process.
  • VERSATILITY: Not only for canning, the pot doubles as a large stock pot for cooking soups, stews, or boiling lobsters and corn on the cob.

I’ve canned a few times in this pot. Works great. I have a glass top electric stove. Very satisfied with its performance. Good quality and has a heavy duty stainless steel bottom.

Grew up using the water bath canners that were blue enameled and ultimately would have a hole in them after a while. So found this one in stainless steel and it’s far more durable than the old style. I see the old blue ones are still being sold, but for my money, this is a much better choice!

Bought this pot because I needed a new one due to having a glass top stove. Would not recommend to use it on one. First it needs to be a few inches deeper to accommodate quart size jars as with the glass lid I feel like it's great to be able to see items processing but it collects too much condinsation on the lid causing it to leak onto your glass top stove permanently staining your stove top. When the pot boils water splatters up onto lid causing it to float making it leak even more water onto your stove. Used multiple towels to keep lid dry so it wouldn't make a big mess on my stove but still didn't work well. I feel you need a deeper pot as due to the splattering of water when using quart jars if you fill it where it is supposed to be over the jars to process the splattering of the water and condinsation on the lid create a big mess and if you try to adjust the level of water you get less than an inch over the top of the jars it questions the safety of the water level needed to process safely. Overall good pot just need to fix the condinsation issue with the floating lid issue and I could only fit 6 quarts size jars not 7 like others as putting in 7 overflows the pot needs to be a deeper pot by 2 to 3 inches.

My first venture into canning. Started with canning eight jars of butter. All jars sealed perfectly and now stored away. Liked the thickness of the base of the pan, it should last for years.

This is far and away better quality than the old enamel canners I have bought over the years - they just go rusty eventually and I need to replace them. This canner is so clean and shiny, and I can tell I will be using this for years to come. 😊

I’ve been using this water bath canning pot since October. I’ve used it to make Turkey Bone Broth, Spiced Butternut Squash Soup, tomorrow it is Hot Pepper Jelly. I highly recommend this product and quite frankly I’m surprised at how much I use it! For large group dinners it the perfect size for my use, as well.

I needed to invest in a new canner as I bought a new stove with a glass cooktop. This meant that my old school canner would not be able to be used on it as the cooktop could crack. Since this canner had a flat bottom, I decided to give it a try. This pot is so big!! I had no problem fitting seven wide mouth quart jars in it, something I couldn’t do in my old pot! Because of the heavy bottom, it would also be a great pot to make soup for a very large crowd!

I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this canner. My previous canner started rusting on me, so I was in need of a new one. I bought a similar canner from a big box store but returned it within days because of the wire rack being so flimsy. I kept seeing this one on Amazon, but was hesitant to purchase because I thought I was buying another poor quality canner. Boy, was I wrong! I posted a question to the Amazon community asking if the wire rack was flimsy, and almost immediately I had 9 answers saying it is the best canner they have purchased, hands down. I went ahead and purchased it, and as soon as I took it out of the box, I could feel the sturdiness in the wire rack. I canned 7 quarts of peaches today, and was so excited as how wonderful the wire rack is with a full batch. Another thing I noticed is how quickly the canner heated up plus the lid fits nice and tight. If you aren't sure about this canner don't wait like I did, just buy it, you won't regret it!

Second time using it and the lid shattered. Got in August. Very disappointing.UPDATE: I called the company and they sent me a new lid and I received it very quickly. So easy to deal with.

I can a lot (both waterbath and pressure canning).I bought this slightly bigger size than the handles are not loose or 'wobbly". There was no pitting in the base and no dents before of after use. So far so good.......It did not have a big sticker on it that others complained about, so I suspect that the company has heeded customer feedback.Overall, I am very happy with this canner.

Once the water was boiling, I did find one small side of the pan where it met the lid was not perfect, hence the condensing steam ran over the hob. Otherwise great pan
