This perch is perfect for my African grey! It fits perfectly right next to my bed so my feathered friend can hang out with me back here in the room! She really likes it and it was a great purchase! It was easy to set up, the build quality is strong and it was a great low price. Very stable. It’s very easy to clean. Glad i found this perch.

The wood was a little bigger than expected. It took my green cheek conure a bit to adjust other then that it fits perfectly on my desk and nightstand.

Took a bit for our cockatiel to get comfortable with this very wide perch. I am so glad he did - it's good for them to have different sized perches to land on. I hang a wreath from one end of it that has fun stuff for him to nibble on. It has become the computer perch so I can get some work done while he supervises :) I cut a hole in a piece of newspaper in order to line the bottom making for easy cleanup. I like the 1.5" lip around it to hold the mess together until it's time to clean.

I bought this as a training perch for my parrots to ‘step up’ and ‘step down’. Perfect for large medium and small medium parrots. The base is good, wish it was wider so I can put sheets inside to catch the poop.

This perch IS excellent for the African Grey! Why? You cover the bottom w/ paper, let your bird perch on a table by you. Your bird can transfer easily from room to room & love ❤️ their perch and being in new rooms / environments! We have morning coffee together as he perched on it and I feed him a piece of fruit! Excellent product! One screw to put together, 0 cracking or assembly issues. EZ!!! Functional. Thank you!

This perch is described as being for budgies but the perch is large. I just assembled it and will see if my budgies use it. It's very sturdy.

My cockatiel and lineolated parakeet really loved this stand. When they had their free time they would perch on this on the window sill and just relaxed their. They loved the texture! If you put some lining on the bottom its easy to clean as well. Just replace it after a few days. There were no instructions but it was easy to assemble and it still in great condition after 6 months.

This is a nicely made product. One bolt to assemble. The base is stable and has 4 pads to prevent scratches on furniture. Small enough to fit on a small table, but stable enough to sit on about any surface without tipping over. However, the top perch on ours was far too big for our green cheek conure -- easily an inch in diameter. He wouldn't go near it. But because the stand was so nice, I just bought some perches from another vendor and bolted them to the stand in place of the ones supplied. Now he likes it. This product really needs a smaller perch if they say it is for parakeets and conures.

I bought 4 of these perches. My green cheek conure is 4 years old. He stays out of his cage quite a bit during the day--he is very active and happy. Yes, he was horrified of these perches when I first put them out--they were something new in his environment. It took about a month until he would sit on one. Now he flies to them, often when he needs to poop. Then he gets a treat--a sunflower seed which he does not get otherwise. We now catch about half of the poop events in the tray which we line with paper towels. It is working great, and maybe we can achieve 100% success with our potty training. He does not poop in his cage. If you are going to buy multiples to place around the house, buy them all at once because the product's wood changes over time. And such change also scared the bird.
