I love this ladder sooooo much! Where do I start? He's tall. He's dark. He's strong and rugged and handsome. There's nothing wiggly or wobbly about him. His deep steps and strong hand rails make me feel so safe and supported. His tapered feet clutch the ground. My personal altitude is a mighty 5' 1" and from the fifth step I can work at an easy 12' reach to change the light bulbs in my vaulted ceiling fixtures. I haven't been so happy about anything else I have purchased in years! And the price is so reasonable! Throw away your twisty tippy old ladder and get one of these!

Easy to put together. Easily reaches the heights I need. Sturdier than other brands I have tried. Heavier than I anticipated so not as easy to haul around especially up and down stairs bur probably due to size, height and sturdiness. Feel safe while up doing projects I need to do. Good value for the priceUpdateLiked it so much bought another so did not have to haul up and down stairs in our home

5ā4ā and need to change batteries in my smoke detector but, have 10ā ceiling, This is Perfect! A extra bonuses are 1. side rails and 2. platform to hold batteries. 3 lightweight 4. Thin enough for easy storage in closet or garage 5. Great Value 6. Easy to assemble parts & durable.

Its a little heaver than I thought it would be but it is very sturdy and gets the job done, I bought it to get into my loft in my she shed and it is the perfect highth for that and the handles on the side make it easier to carry things up and down from the loft and when I'm done it fold right up out of the way, it is perfect for my needs, ive also used it for out door window cleaning and a few other things like that, it is much safe to go up and down that a ladder

It's great. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. I had a ladder that I had to teeter on the top step with no supports just to try change a light bulb.and still couldnt reach it. No more!!! I can easily reach the ceiling high enough to paint, change ceiling filters, hang curtain rods or change a light bulb with ease. It has the 2 side handles and a gentle rise up each step, plus a top shelf for supplies. I am 5'7" and almost 70 and still couldn't change a light bulb, now I can with an additional step if I needed it, and dont feel like I have to have someone else near by. Can't tell you how happy I am. Easy to fold, Easy to store. I can carry it, but prefer to "walk it" The handles would've been nice if they also folded flat, for storage, but its OK. My ceilings are 9' tall. Never realized what an issue that could be. Its opens and closes with the same ease as those Costco step ladders do, only it's really tall!!! Seller was great. Would do business again if I see they have something else I need. This is sturdy and will last a long time. Dark brown. Pretty š too.

Just arrived yesterday. UPS did a real number on the package. See photos of torn, open and beat up cardboard shipper. There is no packing protection inside to secure the unit on its long journey from China. When I opened it a rivet fell out of the box. I can't find a spot where one is missing from the frame.I was amazed that nothing is damaged so far. I put the accessory handles, tray assembly on. The instructions are very small and could use better descriptions.FYI- The top working step is 48 1/2"tall. I am 5'9" and can reach up to about 11'. This info should be added to the description. I stood on the top step and it seems very sturdy.

Very stable, hand grips aide to top step, not too heavy but a little bulky, well made, and easy to put together. Iām 73 woman with bad knees and my ceiling is 10ā high. I changed a light easily, safely and was able to use the hand grips to the top step without feeling like I would fall.
