Had it assembled in an hour. Fired it up and it worked just fine. Have used it several times for brisket (burnt ends) and pork ribs and they came out fine. I see people down rating it because it came damaged. LOL! Give me a break! Down rate the shipper not the manufacturer! Duh! Also see reports about not holding a temperature. How could a pellet drop smoker hold a temperature? They can't! 300...180...300...180...300...180... add them up and divide by 6 and your average temp is 240. Hello? Do some math... lol. Even your gas or electric oven in your kitchen goes up and down. Duh! It does a fine job. Probe ports are accurate. Wish it came with a cover. Can't find one to fit this squatty little thing. Have to cut one off at the bottom?

It's the perfect size for a small family and cooks very well. Preheats relatively quick and was easy to build. Ive used it every night and look forward to putting it to more use.

Second time using it let me tell you best purchase I made, I made some ribs as well came out perfect, it's easy to set up It took me about an hour to build I love it.
