  • Add pellets to the hopper before ignition.

    When power is on, the control panel flashes thrice to scan itself. If knob turned while flashing, ERP error code appears. Ensure knob is off after power on to avoid errors. If errors occur, please restart.

  • Tips to prevent fires:

    1. Avoid pellet buildup in the combustion tank to prevent ignition.

    2. When grilling with greasy foods, smoke at medium-low temp or use a griddle grill to prevent grease drips.

  • AMOKE utilizes a PID system, adjusting pellet feeding based on stored data. Temperature fluctuation may occur initially due to unit seasoning. Clean after each cook. For persistent issues, contact ASMOKE for further guidance.

  • Err=2 means ignition failure due to damaged igniter or pellets stuck in the spiral fighting assembly. Check igniter heat and motor function. Ensure no pellets in fire pot. For igniter issues, contact customer support.

Had mine for 2 years and just decided to write a review. It took a little to learn it's burn pattern but that's with any pellet grill. I use it 2 or 3 times a week and it's held up. Looking forward to getting their new grill.
