Its a small grill that is pretty affordable compared to some name brand. I have a small family of 4 so, its perfect for my family. It will fit a 10 pork butt and the aluminum tray or, 2 St Louis ribs. I love that it small so it doesn't need alot of pellet to heat up the whole unit.The heating rod/element died on me after just having the unit of 5 months. Contact CS and they response the next business day with videos and part number for replacement.Easy to replace the part. Under 30 minutes to replace the part. Now the grill is up and running again.

Tip: Read the setup instructions to get the hopper going for the first time. If you set it up right, it works perfectly. The cover it nice and sturdy (we leave the grill covered on our back patio). The cleaning process is not time consuming. It is a pellet grill/smoker and we love it! My husband uses it multiple times per week (it doesn't heat the house up inside like our gas stove/oven and costs less to run). I even got some temperature probes to plug into it so we could monitor our brisket as it smoked for 10 hours. They worked and were easy to use. Our food has never tasted better. Highly recommend!

Update to below. Works great and super happy with end result. We had an issue and thought there was no way to contact the company. I left a review explaining my situation due to our handle coming defective and couldn’t get in touch with them. The seller contacted, willing to offer me a refund back for the grill. Way generous, considering we just had a handle issue. I explained that we didn’t need the refund, as long as we could get a new handle to use correctly. They promptly corrected the situation and sent out a new one, giving me tracking when it shipped and it arrived very reasonably. They cared about resolving my issue and were very responsive. The smoker works great, and we often use it just for general grilling too. Cooked the best steaks we ever had by smoking first and doing a reverse sear at the end! Recommended!Original review below:We got this for a Father’s Day present for my husband. Set up wasn’t super difficult, but does take time. The actual smoker seems to be working fine, but during setup, half the handle was missing the insert for the screw to attach and so we essentially have half a handle. There is no seller to contact and I can only send back the l ENTIRE unit if I want a replacement. I contacted the company directly, hoping someone would answer me to just see about getting a new replacement handle, but never got any response. Poor manufacturing flaw and terrible service issue. Shame because the smoker works nice….

Let’s start out the box this thing is SMALL. I’m 6ft tall and it barely makes it to my waist. This is NOT for family bbqs. I’m gonna test functionality of it tomorrow and update on that. I would definitely return for a bigger grill if I felt like taking this apart. This could at the very least stand up higher. Directions are easy to follow. See pics for size compared to my 2 year old rottieUpdate: temperatures don’t work. Smoke it went up to 280 then all the way down to 140 and never went higher. 180 wouldn’t go past 165, 225 would only get to 180, and 250 only got to 205 after an HOUR this definitely doesn’t get hot inside as good either. I’m gonna request a return and look elsewhere

Auger doesn't work when plugged in. Instructions to change wiring if doesn't work? After changing auger works but temperature control continues to increase heat. Worthless to smoke fish or cook anything. Oh and unit was missing wheels in packaging.

The smoker took longer than "suggested" as print was small. Some photos would have helped. Put it together in an hour, did the one hour burn-off, made a delicious pork roast. Worked as advertised, super easy to use. I kept my temp probe handy as some reviews said the smoker's thermometer was very inaccurate. They agreed within 5 degrees. I can live with that. Read and remember from the instructions that the temperature will go up and down as pellets are added. It will save you from worry and "helpful" friends going wild.
