Very happy with this wine cooler. Looks great and works great so far. Took the major appliance protection plan just in case because of all the problems with wine coolers in general. Very quiet motor, which was important to me. Also, it really does store 16 bottles. Set it at 55 degrees and it is holding very well for the first two days. Will get back if things turn south.

I got KingChii wine cooler and love it👏👏It's pretty big takes lots of bottles nite just wine , water bottle any beverages that you wanna drink cold.. nice design 👌

I really like this wine fridge! It looks great and matches my decor perfectly. It fits nicely into my small apartment space, and my bottles fit without any issues. The temperature control works well, keeping my wine just right and I really like the touch feature and light makes it feel very luxe. It holds 16 bottles which is more than enough for me so I keep other drinks in there as well. Overall, I'm happy with it—great option if you're short on space and have a moderate collection.

My cooler stop working shortly after receiving it. I reached out to company for assistance and received the run around. They requested pictures and videos as requested. They informed that the engineer stated everything was working as it should concerning the door when this wasn't the issue I was having. When I brought to their attention that they had my issue wrong, that is was the lock not the door and that Manuel said it would lock 20 seconds after closing door, they stated that I had the wrong manual. They have to offer a solution to my issue, so I'm stuck with a cooler that doesn't work properly. I would avoid doing business with them. I would recommend going through a different seller because as soon as they get your money, they no longer care about you as a customer.

The unit looks nice, was packaged well and it is working quietly chilling wine bottles. The problem was that we ordered the unit to take advantage of Prime Day but we would be out of town the next week. Trying to get someone that could understand and actually do something to delay delivery was ridiculously difficult. When I finally spoke with a competent agent, I was told that a transporter must be assigned to the package and a number will be provided. With that number, they can change the delivery day. That number was assigned in the middle of the night, the night prior to delivery. I saw the number in the morning, immediately call customer service and sat on hold until I got to the proper agent. The agent took the number and said he would make sure the delivery was delayed to next week. 5 hours later my Ring camera alerted me to a large truck that drove into my circular driveway. The men unloaded a large box and left it on my front doorway. Fortunately, my neighbor came over and used a 2 wheeler to take to his garage.
