INSTALLATION & OPERATION
1. Unpack your wine and remove all accessories
2. Open the door to ventilate it for 12-24 hours before plugin and powering the machine on
3. Press the ℃/℉ button to select your desired temperature
4. Press the up arrow △ to raise the temp/ the ▽ to lower the temp
NOTICE
1. Maisee Wine Cooler is not designed for recessed or built-in installation
2. Maisee Wine Cooler i should not be placed on any soft material such as carpet, foam , plastic etc.
3. Allow enough space in the front unit to open door to at least 120 degrees

Perfect price, perfect performance keeping both reds and whites at a consistent temp. And, with an 18 bottle storage, still a small footprint in any house! We now have 2- one in our wine bar area and one in garage for times when we need access to our favorite wines!

My Maisee wine refrigerator turned out to be a good purchase as it keeps my wines at the desired temperature. I'm super happy with it. It is a quiet, efficient unit and is worth the money paid for it. Even Maisee's costumer service responded quickly to me.

The wine fridge is attractive and fairly quiet, however it continuously struggles to maintain the set temperatures and rarely does. The significant disclaimer about maintaining temperature is not in the Amazon description and had I seen it, I most likely wouldn't have purchased the unit. Update: After one month of operation the upper zone never met the set temperature even when ambient temperature was 70 F. After 4 attempts to get help or an explanation from customer service, I was forced to return the unit to Amazon for a refund.

I am really happy with this refrigerator. Being a red wine drinker I like that I have more room for reds than whites. Perfect size to tuck next to my buffet.Customer service is amazing. I had a minor problem with the thermostat and emailed the company; they quickly responded asking for an address to send a replacement. I had the replacement within a week.

This product was exactly what we were expecting. It looked good and worked great, at first. For some reason, after a few weeks it stopped working and we could not get it to work again after following the trouble-shooting directions in the manual. We contacted customer service at the company at the email in the manual. We got a prompt response and a promise of a new unit. Within a week, we had it. Amazing customer service.

I purchased this product 12/7/2021. Easy to use and temperature consistently stayed 1 or 2 degrees to the set value. Unfortunately less than 60 days later I noticed the temperature got colder. I was unable to set the temperature that the device would accept. The temperature stayed consistently colder. I wrote to the seller and they decided to replace the wine cooler. I am more than satisfied with their quick response and fulfillment. I do suggest that you purchase a surge protector when purchasing this product just in case my issue was related to a power outage days prior to detecting this issue.
