I ride a lot and train in the garage, and this works well.It is made from hard plastic, is lightweight, and is able to hold myself (230lbs) and bike solidly.Other reviews state that it is pricey for what it is, but I don't have to worry about it cracking or becoming useless.if you want something that works well and is built to last, this is for you.

What can I say about a simple rising ring other than it is VERY well made and is thoughtfully designed to accomodate a variety of different riding heights. I just started using a stationary trainer and thought I could get away with not having to use a pricey riser. Suffice to say that after just a single training session that my back and shoulders weren't feeling good and it was a result of my bike being tipped forward due to the uneven stance of my bike trainer setup. I wasn't sure what heigh of trainer riser to buy so I decided to buy the crown jewel of risers and I'm glad I spend the extra money to buy this one. Takes ALL the guesswork out of the rise height and now I train all week long with ZERO back and shoulder pain. Get this and you'll have no regrets. Super stable, well made and the most flexible of risers.

Tiene un diámetro de unos 22 cm. Me ha sorprendido el tamaño y lo ligero que es el producto.Es una pieza de plástico rígido con plásticos blandos antideslizantes en la parte inferior. En el parqué, al menos, el antideslizamiento es muy bueno. Después de hacer rodillo con bicicleta de carretera, puedo decir que es muy estable y que la rueda queda bien anclada.Tiene tres alturas posibles para la rueda, y también admite varios grosores. Creo que la rueda no baila una vez has dejado el peso de los brazos y el tronco sobre el manillar.

The gyms are closed and cardio is hard to get. I am riding mindlessly listening to Amazon Music without having to attend to the cars. The stand makes my bike level on the trainer so I am not sliding forward all of the time. It is much sturdier and prettier than the 2X6 's wrapped in the bathroom rug. My wife was not very fond of that look.Good purchase

Although a little pricey for such a simple product, I'm glad I purchased this riser with my Kinectic bike trainer. It levels out my front wheel and provides the sturdiness I was looking for versus setting my front tire on a stack of books like I have seen my friends do with their trainers The grooves are pretty wide and they fit my cross bike tire nicely and would accommodate even a larger tire. It would be nice if the base was padded a bit. I was worried about it scratching my floor, but setting it on a piece of scrap foam pad did the trick.

This item is tough and works exactly as described... But BEWARE of one thing: Don't be an idiot like me and not read the full description and buy this riser because it is a little less expensive than similar ones.This one DOES NOT have the rotating carousel built in. It is stationary.It turns out that I ordered this, less expensive, version by accident, as I thought it was the rotating version.But once I started Zwifting on it, I liked it, and at least for now, I don't want the other kind.

Kurt Kinetic is an excellent piece of kit and coupled with the riser makes it even better, workouts are very easy to set up.

Okay, I would give this a five stars rating but for one reason.. It does a great job of leveling your bike. I ride indoors about 120 miles a week (winter). The one problem I have is how the tires sit on the riser. The "U" shaped edges where your front tire goes are flat rather than rounded at the edges. Not so much a problem. However, when you get cranking on your ride the riser leaves little dent marks in your tire from the riser. I am not a snob about my tires, but I am surprised the mold did not have rounded edges to protect the tire more. Sometimes I think my tire may pop. I use a triathlon bike and expensive tires. I also use it with a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. Works as described.
