What are Kinesiology Tapes?
Kinesiology Tapes are the colorful strips you may have seen on athletes or in physiotherapy. Unlike traditional rigid sports tape, Kinesiology Tapes are extremely elastic.
Functions of Kinesiology Tapes :
The uses of Motion Tape are quite extensive. The athletic sports tape can be used for the following: inhibition of hypertonic muscies, correction of the fascia, protecting muscles, against excessive stress protecting joints, suppressing pain, reducing inflammation, reducing lymphatic oedema, reducing haematoma and so on.
Kinesiology Tapes provide support in two ways:
Support for Joints, Elbow, Ligaments, and Muscles: These kinesiology recovery tapes offer a kind of support without restricting freedom of movement. (It can be cut into X Y I and other different shapes)

I highly recommend this brand it stays stuck to you for days so you don’t have to re-tape your feet all the time even when I take a shower it stays put if you don’t know how to put it on properly watch YouTube videos and they will walk you through it if you have trouble with your feet or your back, it really does help

Tried other tapes they fell off quickly these stay hint when cutting round off the edges before applying and try not to touch the tape glue side. Helped with a recent fractured knee.

This tape is a bit on the “stringy” side. I bought “the real stuff”, and use this as back up. It doesn’t stick where it needs to.
