Have a BIG problem! The language is French! What do I have to do to get it in English?

I like this set very much, but unfortunately, I have not received the express delivery of the protective shell. It must be lost, so I have to apply for a refund. It happened that my friend gave me an original cloth protective shell, which I also like very much.

I am overall pleased with my new Kindle, especially the size in particular. A little bigger screen makes a difference and it is comfortable to hold. Overall I think the lighting is softer than my previous generation paperwhite, and it took a little while to get use to it. No problems with shadowing or yellow lights. My only complaint is sometimes I have to reboot to download a new book but this has been an ongoing issue with all my kindle ereaders, I am hoping an update will fix it. I love the charging port and the cover is a gorgeous jade green. Highly recommend and I appreciate the exchange program with the 20% off and gift card, made this purchase very reasonable.
