Have only used it once so far, but it really is quite nice. It has the feel of a pretty decent tool. As long as you understand that this is NOT meant to break loose nuts and bolts. It is only meant to speed up the removing or driving in bolts or nuts. Instead of ratcheting for 60 seconds this gets it done in a fraction of the time. So as a time saving tool for an avid diy'er like myself, this is great.

It’s pretty good. Short battery life but charges quickly. It’s less powerful than advertised. But it’s working well. I’m pretty satisfied overall.

I've wanted one of these tools for years, just didn't want to spend too much for it. When I saw this particular tool with the 2 batteries and case, I figured that I'd give it a try. This is the first time I've used an electric ratchet, so I don't have anything to compare it to except for my Kobalt impact driver.I believe that this tool is rated for 40lbs. of torque so it may not get the really tight bolts and nuts off, but I just loosen them first by hand, then use this tool for the rest. I tell you; this thing really saves time and effort. I used it to disassemble a car engine and it really sped things up. Due to the size, you can fit it into places that you can't really fit an impact driver but it still is much bigger than a manual ratchet or wrench so you may have to use extensions to get fit. This electric ratchet feels solid and weighs about 4lbs. I've used it a handful of times and never completely ran out of battery, I just charge it when I'm finished. I'm sure if you are doing a big job, you'll need to switch batteries. The case and the set of sockets is a nice plus too. I already have all of the socket sizes included in this kit but who can't use another set?I can't really speak about how long this tool can and will last but so far, I am thoroughly impressed. I do plan on trying out other tools by this company.

While the unit did eventually fail on me after 2 years of use, it was very useful and well built for the price that was paid. I liked that they included a selection of sockets that were included. The two batteries were a welcome addition as most other vendors only include one or sometimes just the tool.Size was good for working in confined spaces, my only complaint would be the toggle for direction can sometimes get jammed against a working surface if you're not paying attention. So if you're looking for a cheap, decent ratchet, don't give this one a miss.

First of all, this tool definitely makes auto repairs easier then without it. I've had this now for several months and I have used it to change a water pump & thermostat on a Nissan, front end work on my Honda Odyssey, oil changes on my Infinity due to the skid-plate having 14 bolts to remove to access the oil pan& filter, and recently a starter on my sons Toyota 4runner requiring a skid plate removal. I'm not a professional mechanic but I've been doing my own car maintenance for many many years.I've done several involved repairs over the years and one thing that always bothered me was having to "slowly ratchet" nuts and bolts to access the repair component. I also watch lots of auto repair videos, love-em. I was watching a repair one day and saw a person using a power ratchet like the Kimo. So I said, "I'm getting one of those". I did my research as I always do for determining quality, past reviews and how it will help me if I use it.Back to the item review. The tool kit meets my "How will it help me" list. It is organized in its case and easy to use with different sockets. The tool feels heavy enough in your hands to feel good using it to torque down bolts. I break loose any nuts or bolts first and use the tool for its ease and speed. This is especially helpful in tight places where a ratchet is hard to use due to limited space. The torque on the tool is enough that you can reasonably tighten down on a nut or bolt, but follow up with the needed torque spec if needed using hand tightening.I've owned and used dozens of power tools while owning a remodeling business for 20 years. I've used high end brands and middle of the road brands, and cheap brands. I usually prefer middle to high end for tool quality and longevity. That being said, this tool is well made, is powerful for a DIY person, and comes with a good battery and awesome storage case. It has made car repairs much easier for me 100% and the price didn't break the bank. Also, my neighbors and a few friends who have seen my tools set up, they always ask, "Hey whats in the cool green case?". When I showed them, they all said "I should get one of these". So if your considering one of these, this one is a great choice, a 10 out of 10 for me! Good luck and remember don't pay someone to do something for you that you can do better yourself!DIY-Dave
