Customer service sucks. Can’t get help doing anything tried to get both fixed and customer service. Keep jacking me around has less than 30 shots on it before broke was trying to fight it in not buy this product ever again or anything from this guy.

The very first time I pulled the sting back it popped. have tried numerous times to contact seller by phone and email. I tried uploading the photos and it will not send like it is blocked.

I have had this bow for less than one month and it broke. The company will not answer or return my calls. They are not assisting in any way to warranty this item. Also, Amazon is not allowing me to return it. I would not buy this product. Do not buy. It will hurt u while ur sitting on stand and it decides to break

Incredible knock down power! White tail season in WV, I put down two does using the Rapid 420, Killer Instinct Hypr KE 20", and Killertech™ Broadhead 150 gr. First was a 20yrd shot and only ran 30yrds cut through rib and shoulder bone. Second was a40yrd shot and ran about 100yrds (only one lung).Only downside is going to have to buy adjustable scope mounts, range is out of adjustment had to use the 4th line for everything from 10 yd- 30 yrds.

So far this is the best crossbow I have purchased it is wickedly fast and deadly accurate it only took 3 shots to get it hitting dead center I love this bow I did upgrade the scope to a 9x50 from the 4x32 but that was for preference only the scope that comes with it is illuminated and is a great scope it's a good buy and for the price you can’t beat it I’d recommend this bow for anyone

Easy to assemble limbs to the body.Sighted in easily. Chronographs @ 391 fps. Deadly accurate.2024 Update: crossbow used for an out of state trip and it performed perfectly. Four shots. Four deer. Definitely a meat maker coupled with Black Eagle Executioner bolts and tipped with 125 grain Rage Crossbow X. I’d added the cocking device which works well but it’s just as easy to use the rope.
