I was pleasantly surprised at the function in a 102yr old house. THICK walls and I am on the other side of the house. My person is 90yrs young so I need a dependable unit…I’m sooo pleased and surprised!!!

I have had this monitor for over a year now and it works well. It was very easy to add an additional camera when we had our second baby. The parent unit stopped holding a charge so I emailed the company. They asked to to explain the issue and gave an idea to solve the problem. When that did not work, they asked for a brief video showing the problem and my order number. Once that was provided with my address and contact information. A new unit was sent to my house the very next day. I am so very pleased with this wonderful customer service. The monitor is simple and easy to use and provides good audio and visual information. I would definitely purchase again.

I did a lot of research before purchasing an extra monitor for traveling. So far, this monitor has worked great. The battery life (with screen on the whole time) has lasted through the night. The picture and sound are clear. It is easy to set up.

Literally bought this product just over. A year and already it's not taking a charge anymore and I'm waiting for a new one in the mail different brand . Very upset not able to watch or hear my baby last few nights as it stopped working and I couldn't get another one fast enough. Don't waste your money, even though it's cheap in price you will pay for it in the long run when your up at 2 in the morning trying to fidget with the charger trying to adjust it just so to take a charge amd it doesn't. I should have followed what all the reviews said about it not charging after a year or less as they were so right.

This is the best baby monitor if you don’t want one that uses WiFi. I don’t want mine connected to the internet, and this one does everything I want. It tells the temperature of the room the camera is in, it has optional eco mode (screen can stay off unless the cameras detected noise above the threshold limit you set - low, medium, or high sensitivity) which I use ALL the time because I don’t want an extension of the kids’ sound machine in my bedroom at night, the volume and brightness is adjustable without having to open some menu to navigate to it, so it’s all easy to control and adjust as needed without having to touch tons of buttons (unlike other monitors I tried). It doesn’t have like HD picture quality, but it’s not bad either. I don’t need to see every booger in my child’s nose to know if they’re doing well or not, so I’m perfectly happy with the picture quality.The camera control is simple and smooth, the microphone works well on the cameras so my kids can actually understand me (unlike other cameras). The random music options are not anything to brag about, so I wouldn’t get it if you’re trying to bundle a sound machine and a camera in one or something. But for every other reason, you should get this monitor. I can’t rave enough about how simple it is and how perfect it works.Another bonus, a few months into using it , my parent unit (the screen) had an issue and I contacted Kidsneed support and they guided me in trouble shooting and when it didnt quite work, they sent me a replacement very quickly (it was within the warranty time frame). They were way to work with and very helpful!If anyone asks me for monitor suggestions, this is it! Get it!

This is our favorite baby monitor we’ve used. I like that it’s not Wi-Fi so no worrying on that front, has the night/day mode, tells the temp of the room. I was gifted this a few years ago and it broke so I bought a second one, especially since the cameras can link together. A con would be the battery life is short. The second one did start having an error that it couldn’t connect the monitor to the camera; started every now and then and then just said the error and wouldn’t connect. I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me how to reset the system and when that didn’t work, they sent me a new system. Not sure if it’s part of a warranty or if they just have great customer service, either way they responded within a day and I was sent the new one within 2 days. Super communicative and nice, good price for a pretty reliable monitor, and easy to use.

I got this for my newborn. It has been fantastic for the price. It is easy to use. The light color indicator is super helpful to see if the baby is in distress or just active sleeping. The design is sleek and simple. There is a microphone on the monitor that picks up all the noises the baby could be making. This monitor is fantastic if you are nervous about transitioning your baby to the crib. It even allows you to zoom in if needed. My only complaint is by the end of the day it needs to be on the charger, but it isn’t a huge deal. The chord is long and it’s not difficult to charge. It’s like charging your cell phone every night.

I don’t know where to begin with this one. I bought this monitor for travel purposes since it doesn’t need WiFi. I am so impressed not only was this product cheap but it has exceeded my expectations. The two most important things I wanted in this monitor was to be able to click one button to turn the screen on and off while still being able to listen and it not be a struggle at night and to have good enough signal to walk around. This monitor does both things. I have a very nice and expensive monitor at home that is also not on WiFi. It has been a good one as far as simplicity BUT it has been acting up when my phone is around it and just loses signal. So bad that most nights I can’t even have my phone plugged in or it will not work. Literally so silly. And my room is no more than 10 feet away from my kids room. We are directly across the hall from each other, so signal should never be an issue. It’s just an issue when the phone is near by and using the internet (streaming/ socials media or honestly all pages can be cleared and it just be plugged in and still mess it up). I digress, THIS monitor though has a quality image, good noise, good buttons that arent complicated, the sleep feature on the screen that still allows audio when off, and probably many more features I haven’t played with. Frankly, I’m thinking of just switching monitors. For travel purchases I did get a clip on mount for the pack n play and it also worked well, just search mounts that are compatible with this monitor. 10/10 recommend for a non WiFi monitor. Dont go spending money when you don’t need to, save and buy this.

Nous avons acheter un moniteur, tout allais bien sauf qu'il ne tenais pas sa charge de batterie, l'image est clair et le fonctionnement est simple. Nous avons parler à "Gloria" pour notre problème de charge et au final ,on nous a remplacer notre moniteur! Prise en charge de notre problème rapidement,compréhension, retours de conversation par courriel facile et rapide, solution parfaite, bref,Service client impeccable !
