Did not disappoint! We assumed kids would have a blast checking things out and boy are they still! Love that this gets them up moving & exploring! We actually, the adults did it pretty cool too! If your kids are curious and always taking deep looks at things, for sure this will be a hit! Highly recommend!

Takes a little to find the right distance so the camera can focus on whatever you are looking at but once you do it is pretty cool the magnification. I added a picture with my finger behind and you can clearly see the lines and dry skin and detail of my finger. On/Off button is a little hard to push but over all an older child could easily use this. My little 4 yr. old grandaughter loves it.With the app there are lots of other functions and features you could use if you want to take the time to ready how to use them. For us the simple magnification is great right now.

Such a fun little tool for my kiddos! They loved using this to look up close at objects all over the house. Once charged, the kids had a lot of fun looking through the screen. There’s also some games on this device that were easy to play. They loved looking back at the photos they took of items up close.

I ordered this as a stocking stuffer for a 6 yo. She has enjoyed it and it has definitely kept her interest. She has explored all kinds of surfaces with it to see what they look like up close and personal. She likes that she can take photos of what she was looking at and then come show me vs me having to come look while she holds the microscope still. The cons are similar to all of these microscope toys--very blurry image unless you're at a very precise distance from what you're trying to look at. It can make it difficult to use for kids with less steady hands (which most little ones do struggle with this). I would recommend this as a gift for older kids (5+) but would have low to medium expectations of the product.

Bought for our 4 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loved this. It’s easy for her to use without help (she is very independent) and takes it everywhere. Inside and out and finds weird and crazy things! I think this can stand up to her rough & tumble crazy self. She’s having fun with it and learning too. So a win win

My son loved it!!!! Didn’t realize it was unicorn when purchasing but who cares, right? Very affordable and works well!

I'm giving it 4 stars ONLY because the button you press to capture what you are looking at is a little bit hard to press and keep things in focus at the same time. Other than that my 7 year old as well as my 17 yo (as well as me) love it. We like to look at all kinds of things.
