Color is a faded blue,(lighter than the picture) but decent material .Not thick or to thin. (Like a cheap sweater material), Get a 3 because the price, if you need for quick outfit it will work

Cute jacket! Good fit! My Son Loves it!For me the texture is odd- it’s a cross between sweatshirt and scuba. Something about it feels plastic the shape the fabric holds is even close to a scuba type fabric But that’s not the issue.After two washings the arms are getting fuzz balls. And the fabric does not clean up nicely. The sleeves are dingy looking and won’t come clean. We have had the jacket a month and it’s now a play jacket bc it just looks too bad to be worn as anything else. Sad bc like I said my son loves it and the price was good- but perhaps that’s why it was reasonably priced- there is zero longevity to it. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s for a costume or one or two time event.
