Wake up and sleep times were preinstalled and we could not figure out how to change it like some reviewers said they could. We followed the instructions, but they were very confusing and non specific. Ended up returning for a well known brand.

I like it and like the lights and how loud or not loud it can get.My son loves it too, which helps. You can choose how bright it gets and that’s a plus.However, I can figure out IF there ia an option to have an alarm for school days and one for non school days and the manual sucks. I can’t find it so I have to turn it off manuallyIt also does not have a simple button to turn it off completely if you don’t want it on the next day.That’s why I am giving 4 stars only.

[Update: after writing the review I was contacted by the seller, who offered a full refund as well as took my improvement recommendation seriously. For that I'm raising the rating to 5 stars, this is great customer service]This is very similar to a previous clock I had, but it's setting is limited. For example, if I set the Sun to appear in the morning, it also turns on a green bright light, which wakes up my son. There's no way to disable it.

The customer service contact me and offer replace it , my kids love it so much , and they had a better sleep routine!I'm sad that This Oclock doesn't change the screen from sun mode to moon mode until we plug it off and start it again! My kids loved it but still suffering from this issue.

Okay, I never leave reviews. But I had to for this. Our daughter just turned 2, and suddenly started to not want to go to sleep and would wake up at 3am ready to go for the day. My wife and I had just started to get used to sleeping again. I ordered this on a whim for something to try. Our daughter loves the moon and stars so I thought this was a better option than the ones with faces. This has made all the difference. We explain how it works every night and morning. The little moon comes up at bedtime and the light turns red. The little sun comes up in the morning and the light turns green. Both times can be programmed. We have the audible alarm disabled, but we will definitely use it when she gets a little older and needs it. The built in nightlight also helps as she has developed a fear of the dark. Brightness is adjustable of both the light and the screen. The light colors are adjustable. We have just left them on the defaults of red for night and green for day but it's nice to know we have that option. Every night, we ask her what her clock says. She responds with "moon, sleepie time", so she understands what it is saying. It has become the center of our bedtime routine. It also has a built in child lock so she can't try and change the settings. We have had this for about a month with no glitches or problems yet We have not used the white noise function as she has a boom box in her room and prefers music, so I can't speak to how that works. It turns on, but is untested beyond that. The only thing I would have liked is to see it run off usb instead of a barrel plug connector. Everything else we have uses usb, so we have plenty of adapters. But if this adapter gets lost, we will have to get a new one instead of just using one of our usb cables we have sitting around. It also means an extra power brick in a room with only one outlet. But honestly, that's nitpicking a little bit. I'd give it 5 out of 5 even knowing the power cord situation.

I ordered this clock before transitioning my toddler out of his crib and he very quickly caught on to the lucky changing feature and has made the transition a breeze! I also love that it has a warranty because my first one died. The company sent me a refund to order another one!

We have a more expensive version of this alarm clock and needed another one but didn’t want to spend that much again. They are very similar… this one works just as great with all the same features. Definitely recommend.
