Very well designed and solidly built. Installing on 15-feet sloped ceiling cannot be easy, but designers of the adapter made it doable. One word of caution: the adapter required a threaded down rod. As majority of fans also have threading, you would need an extension down rod with threading on both ends. Down rods sold in Home Depot or Lowes cannot be used. I used Westinghouse Lighting 7725400 model with 3/4" ID, which at the time of writing the review could be ordered via Amazon.

Was hard to find one of these with the angle I needed. Thank goodness for this.
