Any one of these filters can be left on the Pocket 3; the gimbal will still be able to close completely with the filter still attached (see Photo 1).The traditional choice for this would be the UV but there’s no reason why it couldn’t be a Mist, an ND or an ND with Polariser. (K&F also make true Variable NDs but I haven’t checked these).More importantly you can stack any of them in pairs (even the polarisers - although it has to be the bottom filter in the pair to avoid vignetting; see Photo 2)Obviously you have to remove the top filter before shutting down the camera - and it’s easiest just to twist it off. Yes over time this may scratch the bottom filter, but these will always be cheaper to replace than the camera lens.Such small, thin filters are fiddly and make fingerprints an inevitability which is why every set is sold with a microfibre cloth (and also a touchscreen protector).Okay, now for the strange part.Other brand’s polarising filters won’t stack correctly onto their own fixed filters (see Photo 3) but they do stack correctly onto any fixed K&F (see Photo 4). However this doesn’t avoid vignetting. And unfortunately their fixed filters cannot stack onto a K&F polariser due to mismatching magnets (see Photo 5).If you want to combine fixed or fixed/adjustable filters together just buy K&F.The plastic storage case uses rigid foam pockets that are roughly 7.5mm deep. Since these filters are, at most, 1.85mm thick just keep a toothpick or cocktail stick in the box to help with removal / reinsertion.

These fit perfectly on the Osmo Pocket 3 and are designed to fit when you power off the camera and the gimbal swivels to close. That way you can leave the filter on constantly without having to take it off and on between powering the unit.

These allow the camera to home correctly when the units is switched off with the filter on the lens.

I received the filter set this week and immediately examined and tested them. All good news here for K&F. I shoot in the hot Florida sun on very bright days. This set covers all my needs and more. Great quality (expected from K&F) so I am very happy with the purchase. No need to cobble together different sets for different applications and situations. This hits all marks for me!

I admit it--the sheer number of filters drew me in because I love a good kit. If you live in a very bright area you might use a couple of the ND filters/polarizers to tone down the brightness or glare. More often than not, I usually just use the Pocket straight out of well, a pocket, or a pouch rather. As much as I love kits, this one perhaps a bit too robust. K & F is a good brand though and I have a few DSLR filters from K&F. The good news is that the kit is tiny, so you it won't make an impact on the rest of your gear. I would think about the environments you will be taking the Osmo Pocket 3 and then purchase filters specifically for those. The cinematic look will come more from settings as well as how you capture footage, i.e. the way you move the camera. Filters are more of an extra.

This filter set for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is incredibly well thought out and offers just about everything you could possibly need for capturing high-quality footage. From ND filters in a full range of strengths to polarizing filters and even a light pollution filter for astrophotography, this kit covers all the bases. The build quality is great—the filters are thin, lightweight, and fit perfectly onto the Osmo Pocket lens without interfering with its functionality. One of the best features is the magnetic attachment, which makes it super easy to pop the filters on and off without any hassle. Plus, they’re so low profile that you can leave them on while closing the camera, which adds to the convenience. The included black diffusion filters are an interesting addition for those who like a more cinematic, blooming effect in their shots, although I personally don’t use them often. The light pollution filter, however, is a game changer for night photography, especially in urban areas where streetlights can interfere with the shot. The filters come neatly packaged in a sturdy carry case, making it easy to keep everything organized and accessible. The only downside I’ve found is that the filters are quite small and fiddly to handle, especially if you have difficulty reading small text like I do. Some markings in the case to indicate which filter is which would be a helpful addition, and perhaps a small tool to assist with placing and removing the filters would prevent fingerprints on the glass.Overall, this is an excellent and versatile filter set that enhances the Osmo Pocket 3’s capabilities in various lighting situations. While it could benefit from a few minor usability improvements, I still highly recommend it for anyone serious about their footage quality.

Tons of filters in this, but have to say I'm not sure who would use anything other than the Pro Mist's and two or three of the NDs/NDPLs. While the other filters are going to be in my kit full time, just in case, I can't imagine a situation where I'll need an ND1000 or an ND64PL. The LPR filter is essentially just a blue filter and the same effect can be had during color grading. If you're not color grading your video and doing a lot of videos at night around cities then it could come in handy. All of the filters feel very high quality and while the magnets are very strong, they're almost too strong. Its a bit of a nailbitter removing the filters form the Osmo without feeling like you're going to damage the gimbal motors. There are grooves on either side of the filters you can fit a fingernail into to pull them off, but even with that it still feels risky. All filters will stack on top of each other to your heart's content, or you can't stomach the vignette anymore. I was able to get to 3 filters before seeing vignette I wouldn't want to deal with, but I can't really imagine ever needing 3 filters at once.
