This UV filter looks perfect on the camera. Whenever I buy a new camera or lens, the first thing I do is to order a UV filter, not so much for its function in photography but to protect the front element of the lens. If you damage the front element you are in for a very expensive repair, whereas a filter costs a few quid.This filter screws onto the front of the X100VI accurately (you have to remove the thread protector that the camera comes with) and looks exactly like the camera's metal finish. I'm very pleased with this.

Does just as intended, if you do use the optical viewfinder you will see more of the lens in the view though.

At this price, this filter is worth the purchase just for the protection it brings to the fixed lens of a Fuji XV100 series camera.The waterproofing ahs proved to be quite good for me. Mist and rain hate this thing.The usefulness of the UV feature is good. I wouldn't rave about the results but at this price, I am impressed.

🥰 PARFAIT pour mon X100V d’occasion sur lequel j'ai ajoutée ce filtre UV K&F. mon X100V étant de couleur ⚫('black'), le filtre UV métallisé lui confrère un p'tit look original. vous pouvez glisser par dessus, le bouchon fujifilm de l'objectif initial. sans trop forcer: c'est impeccable (il y a un tout léger jeu en trop 🤏 mais ne forcez pas!)

I have three issues with this filter/adapter:(Note: I have the Fuji X100VI in silver)-The color does not match the Fuji X100 silver, not sure why they would design a X100 product that isn’t color matched. The difference is much more noticeable in person.-The stock lens cap that comes with the X100VI has felt inside it, this product tore up the felt after being put on and take off once. The cap is still currently useable but I feel after repeated uses, the felt would not longer be there.-This next complaint is more my fault for not reading the listing in depth… but I still feel it’s an odd design choice. When installed, the filter threading is now 52mm rather than the original 49mm threading on the camera; this means the original adaptor ring that hides the threading for a sleek look does not fit and therefore is useless when this product is installed.I love this company and have numerous other filters for my various Sony & Sigma lenses, unfortunately this design for the Fuji X100 series leaves a lot to be desired.

I had been using a filter adapter for my X100VI with a K&F UV filter attached to it, but it never looked quite right. Aesthetically, it just looked bad. That's where something like this comes in. It's a filter that attaches directly to the X100's threads without the need for an adapter to make it work. Plus, the silver matches nicely with Fujifilm's own silver. On top of that, the original lens cap fits right over it snugly. This has become a permanent attachment on my X100VI, I absolutely love it.

I was in the market for a mist filter and saw both this and the mist version. I really like how it blends in perfectly with the camera body and has really clear glass. I currently daily both versions and I'm super impressed! It looks a lot better than using an adapter ring and a standard black filter. Plus the lens cap fits on it!

I recently picked up the K&F UV Filter for Fujifilm X100V, and it has been a fantastic addition to my photography gear. This filter is compatible with multiple models, including the X100, X100V, and X100VI, making it a versatile since all these cameras share the same filter size. This lens filter fits my X100F great. It's textured ring makes it easy to put on and remove.Of course you cannot really use the Fuji lens cap with this. And the filter threads on the end is larger and will not fit your standard 49mm filters. I'm not sure if you have to use the K&F brand. This also means you have to use the K&F lens hood to match the threads. So this may not be that universal. So you may want to get the lens filter and hood combo.Still, overall a solid option for your Fuji. It would be nice if they had a thin beveled end that can screw on to the front filter threads, giving you a smooth look and feel as with the Haoge LH-X51W (that I use primarily).I will be using this primarily in windy, dusty environments.I will be testing more to see if image quality is affected at all and will update this if it does.
