I've been trying out the K&F Magnetic filters with the Nikon Z 7II for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with them. The quality of the materials is great, and I haven't noticed any bad color shifts in my photos, which is important despite being able to correct in post. The magnetic cap is growing on me. I have bumped the cap off and accidentally pulled filters off while removing, but I have been getting better at it. .Using this filter with a step-up ring can result in the lens hood not fitting correctly. I have since bought another pair for that lens, which is a bummer, but I'll live. I'm not sure if it's just that one lens or if it affects all lenses like that.Overall, for the price, these filters are fantastic. Despite the downsides mentioned, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars because it's a great deal for the quality you get.

I love having a magnetic lens cap. It holds on really well. The only issue I run into, is when I have the lens hood on, even backwards, the cap is fairly flushed and hard to grip to remove. Maybe add a recess or rubber grip to help remove it.As for the actual filter, it’s amazing for the price! No issues, no loss in quality, just greatness.

I can’t believe I waited this long to try magnetic filters. These hold real well, yet the CPL is easy to turn and adjust. Picture quality is great. Magnet strength is more than sufficient. The lens cap is way better than the plastic pinch stock ones. I am using CPL filter much more now because of how easy they are to put on. In the past with screw on filters, I had many instances of them getting stuck together. Often so much effort, that I just skipped using them when I should really have been. I have these for all of my lenses now. The quality is fantastic and value is great.

okay the CPL is not bad... the ND filters aren't bad... but the magnetic adapter ring and lens cap... has changed my photography life! No more lens caps not properly clicked on or falling off in the bag and getting lost. I now have these adapter rings and caps on all of my daily use lenses and I couldn't imagine not using them from here on out. Even thinking of converting my old Pentax film kit to these. They are just that good. The magnet is quite strong so they don't fall off during a hike, but not so strong that you are fighting to get them off your lens. Best money I've spent on photography gear in 2024.... and I upgraded my kit to medium format in 2024.

The K&F Concept Magnetic 82mm Circular Polarizer is a game-changer for photographers! The magnetic design makes attaching and removing the filter incredibly fast and hassle-free—no more fiddling with threading it on and off. It’s especially convenient for quick lens changes during shoots. The 28 multi-layer coatings provide excellent glare reduction and enhance colors beautifully, making skies pop and reflections vanish with ease. The image quality is sharp with no noticeable distortion or vignetting. The kit includes a magnetic base ring and a lens cap, which is a thoughtful touch. Everything feels durable, and the Nano-X coating does a great job resisting water, dust, and fingerprints. If you’re looking for a high-quality, convenient polarizer for your camera lens, this one is a no-brainer. Highly recommended for both enthusiasts and professionals!

I like K&H products a lot for being quality for a decent price. It's always a gamble when purchasing cheap filters because some manufacturers' processes leave fuzzy images or fail to autofocus through them. I've never had those problems with K&H.This product is wonderful, I love having a quick-clip magentic cap. I do a lot of concert and event photography, and outdoors photography as I walk about, so having a simple, easy cap to snap in place and pop off quickly when action happens, is very handy. The cap attaches to a blank metal ring that screws into the filter ring or your lens. The cap attaches to the magnetic parts if that empty ring, effectively holding the cap off your filter by just a hair. This is nice because it reduces scratching or wear from the cap on the glass.

The magnetic strength of the lens cap and the filter works as expected!!! I wanted to focus on this aspect because of a few negative comments I read that gave me doubts initially. They said the magnetic strength of the cap is stronger than the polarizing filter, such that the filter comes off usually when taking off the cap (one comment even includes a video). Well, I still wanted to give it a try because my original mechanical lens cap does not click properly half of the time, and the convenience of having a magnetic lens cap is really a no-brainer. So, I tested the whole set up once I received the product. It actually works really well! If I grab the rim of the lens cap only, the lens cap came off easily and the filter is still attached nicely. And if I grad a bit more, with the rim of the filter, both the cap and the filter came off, which is exactly what you want when you don't need the filter. I think some of the previous complaints are probably due to individual product differences. In terms of the polarizing filter itself, my initial test shows that it works nicely to reduce reflection from glass, water, and leaves.Overall, it is a great product.

I have had this a couple of weeks now and have no reservations about highly recommending this K&F Magnetic CPL and lens cap! I just took them on a 4 hour hike and had no problems with vignetting on my Canon EF-S 17-55mm f2.8 lens or with the strength of the magnets. I was a little worried after reading some other comments, but I'm glad I ignored the bad ones. Maybe sometimes somebody gets a bad one, but mine is amazing and I'm looking forward to my next K&F purchase of one or more magnetic ND filters.

So with this product I thought I would do something clever and get the k&f magnetic polarizer kit and the k&f magnetic nd figuring they would be cross compatible. This is certainly not the case. The nd filter magnetic ring actually had notches in it to "lock" the nd filter in place to keep it from spinning, and the polarizer magnetic ring does not. With that being said, you can still stack the filters as long as you don't mind the nd filter spinning.Anyway, about the polarizer: I actually really like how it requires less force to spin this polarizer over other polarizers I have tried in the past. It seems to work fine with possibly a small shift in color tones, but that can be easily corrected in post.
