I think that I might have fallen in love with this companies products.This is an optically excellent filter, showing no distortion on an Olympus Pro series lens. The mount is sufficiently slim to avoid vignetting at 28mm (the widest I've tried it).The mounting ring is solidly made and shows very little scratching to the threads after six months use.The diffusion effect takes a bit of work to get the most out of it, but it is effective and subtle.Highly recommend.

É um filtro para difundir mais a luz e é ótimo para retratos e não só. Mais uma vez a K&f não desilude. Voltarei a comprar mais desta marca.

My luck with K&F has been fine so far, but that ended today. Gently threading this on to — and thank goodness for this — a Breakthrough UV filter on the front of my very favorite lens, all was smooth for the first turn or so. Then, a soft "click". And no more motion. Instantly fused. My fault, I suppose, for not checking the threads? I should have perhaps tested this on some thread caps, instead? But you'd think a product wouldn't come with poorly cut threads in 2025. And besides, returns are always an option!Except in this case I now have a $24 filter stuck to a $109 filter, and a $40 repair bill — with no way to return the object which has caused these damages, as it's going to end up destroyed by the repair process.Thank God this was only on another filter, and not on the 50/1.2 it was guarding.So thanks for nothing, K&F. This'll be the last I risk on your products. Nothing is so expensive as a cheap mistake.

This filter will give you nice dreamy shots eveytime with no visible color distortion. I love the matte finish on the rings that help to make sure they come off just as easy as they go on every time. If it says K&F on the box you can expect quality every time.

It is a good quality filter, great glass coatings and all, but I was dissapointed that it did not do better, It was more my fault choosing this one. They come in strengths and I made a poor choice. I also learned later from trying other peoples filters, that I really should have gotten a Black Mist filter instead, for the effec I seek.

I use this filter for one of my Tamron zoom lenses. I like the subtle softening effect for portraits, especially in an outdoor setting, where there's a lot of contrast. I don't recommend it too much outside of portraits or nature photography, since that is when I think the softening effects looks best. The lens itself is really good quality, and screws in easy. You can even screw it in and layer it with other k&f lenses

So far all of my K&F Concept purchases have been satisfactory and this filter is no exception.- Mounting the lens was smooth- The White Diffusion effect is barely noticeable. In fact, I had to compare back and forth to see the difference. It is more noticeable on strong lights and contrast, for example, at night.- Ironically, the coating seems to improve the contrast in many situations as it cuts out the glare. Luckily the contrast is mostly good and actually helps me take better photos.Overall the filter is a win for me and stays on my lens most of the time.

Like with most everything K&F Concept makes, I love this thing!I make YouTube videos with my son. He's got quite an imagination and I wanted this to see if we could pull off a dream sequence.The filter arrived in a nice box containing a plastic carrying case with the filter inside. It was well packaged and nothing was damaged. They also include three microfiber clothes, which is great, but I'm starting to accumulate too many of them!I put the filter on my camera and after playing with it for a bit, found that there are certain types of lighting situations that make this more effective. In some situations, I could barely notice the filter.We haven't tried to film a dream sequence yet, but I'm figuring out how to get the most out of this filter and I'm sure we'll come up with something soon.I really like this filter and would recommend it!

This diffusion filter is used for daytime/light photography such as landscape, portrait, pets, etc. If you do it inside or when there isn’t much light, you won’t see too much of a difference. Depending on the strength of the filter, it really softens the bright lights and can create a smoothing effect on skin. A strong filter strength can help create some really pretty misty photos for product photography or fantasy fairy type photos.

I have a black diffusion filter by K&F and I really like it. So, when this came up, I wanted to try this too. I've used this filter for portraits of my kids as well as various landscape and macro photos. I have been experimenting with different levels of sun/artificial light and different exposures to figure out where it's sweet spot is and what it's capabilities are. More importantly, even with all the photos I'd taken, I didn't see any vignetting, glare or distortion from the filter. The white diffusion results are subtle and I had to try several shots with and without the filter to actually notice the differences. I feel it casts a soft white blur over the photo, without degrading the photos picture quality. I have been using this for about a month now and have taken over 150+ photos with this. I definitely feel it works well and is a great addition to my camera gear. I have been very pleased and look forward to discovering more ways I can use this. So far though, I really like this for portraits and macro, where the white diffusion effect is more noticeable. In addition, I feel the price is very good and it is a very versatile filter. I highly recommend this for any photographer that looks to push the envelope of their skill and equipment.
