I've been using this filter for months, and it delivers incredible results when driving toward the sun in the morning. It effectively filters the light, providing a much clearer image.Highly recommended, especially for early morning drives!

Der Filter passt ohne Probleme auf eine Vantrue E3.Wichtig ist es, wenn der Filter aufgeschraubt ist, ihn soweit zu drehen, bis die Spiegelungen (auf der Windschutzscheibe) verschwunden bzw. auf ein Minimum reduziert sind. Klappt am besten, wenn man die Cam mit der App verbunden hat.Dann leidet die Bildqualität kein bisschen, Spiegelung sind aber fast verschwunden.Super Alternative zum Originalfilter von Vantrue und dazu nach günstiger (besonders mit Rabattangebot 😜).

Got this polarizer filter for my Vantrue E1 and it pairs perfectly. I don't often get that much glare to the point of hindering visibility, but when I do, this little filter works great at reducing it. Depending on the angle, it cuts out most of the bright glare if not all of it. Definitely worth having one, in case it ever glares over a license plate or something more important.As for the materials and construction, this filter is excellent. Solidly made, metal construction, and nothing rattles. Screws on cleanly and easily on to my E1. Even the rotation of the front element feels quality. Yes, it has this nicely dampened weight and tightness to it.I do wish the price of this K&F Concept filer was a hair lower than the Vantrue version. Right now, it is the same price. Although I think the value is still very good for this K&F, but I can't help but to think a 3rd party offering should ideally undercut the original branded one for basically the same product, so I feel like I'm getting an amazing deal for choosing a non-Vantrue brand. Anyway, it's a minor niggle.Overall, a great filter for reducing glare as well as providing some protection when I remove my E1 from the mount. It's cheaper to replace the filter than buying a new dash cam, right!

They don't 100% remove all the glare coming from the dash, but I would still highly recommend this filter for the clarity it provides.

If you're looking for a filter for a Vantrue dash cam, buy the one from them. It's way better. It does work though

Cuts the glare/reflections apparent on an unfiltered dashcam video. Make colours more vivid and brighter, even on dull day (couldnt get much duller than using it as we 'ran' from front edge of Hurricane Helene). See the capture from the video stream, note how clean the colours are (leaves, trees - even the fallen one and the median lines on the road). If you are using this camera in all conditions then this is a must have addition to your front camera.
