Unit cools our massive den with no problems. Even reaches set temps and shuts off. Works so well I had to get one for my parents too.

Very disappointing purchase. Needed a compact unit for a small garage window. Dimensions listed online do not match the dimensions marked on the box. Returning.

This unit quit just after return window closed . Tried to get support help with no response . So I'm out 360 dollars . Don't waste your money.
