I purchased a Dorman 99355 Keyless Entry Remote 3 Button Compatible with Select Chevrolet / GMC Models (OE FIX) for my 2014 Chevy Silverado WT. The unit only came with one FOB and Dorman does not offer a stand alone FOB. I purchased this FOB and then used the Dorman 99355 to program the FOB to my truck. It works great and even feels like a better unit than that supplied with the Dorman kit. I now have two FOB for my truck. Excellent unit at a great price.

I have a 2009 Silverado, i wanted to upgrade my remote and when i saw this saying it would work with my truck, i was excited, but it will NOT program!! The remote it self, is great, i even got the cover for it as well!! BUT it won’t work with my truck so that’s why it’s at 3 stars! they should update their product description… i’ll give it away to someone with a 2015 or newer truck!

The battery was completely dead out of the package. Replaced it and it programmed without issue. Fortunately I had a good battery available.
