We had our power shut off because of the fires. The dryer turns on but no longer heats after the power got turned back on. I am currently trying to deal with Amazon and Kenmore technical support but Amazon does not offer technical help. Trying to deal with Kenmore but they are closed. I wish to return int get my money back and deal with Lowes or Home Depot- The only reason I bought it from Amazon is because I had a gift card. I've installed kenmore and maytag for years - shouldve bought and had it installed from Sears. Third party (like amazon) makes it difficult. I am not going to open the panel to check anything I shouldnt have to. This is on them i want my money back take it away and I'm not paying for the haul off or return. Nightmare.
