I'll start with my complaints first, and they are three. One, it came badly dented in two locations on one side though the operation of the machine seems fine. Two, the main blow fan is supposed to grind into its housing during the first start-up; plastic on plastic is not the best design, but the instructions say that's a feature, not a bug...... Three, I don't have much control over the time it runs or other settings. Very limited options for control may keep some people from screwing up, but it annoys me.Now for the good points of the machine. You may have noticed that despite my complaints, I'm giving a four-star review. This is for two reasons. One, the build quality is ok overall. I looked over some of the internal parts; they are good quality Chinese parts, not junk. Besides the blower fun, the engineering is not bad. If it lasts five years, it will pay for itself compared to my old vented drier. Two, the performance is surprisingly good for only using 1100 watts. I was frankly blown away by how well it works pulling from a standard outlet, this thing rocks which is why its getting four from me stars. I'd like to see a revision of this design in the future. Seeing the engineering of this product, I'd enjoy working with their R&D teams.

I was a bit wary of buying this since I saw no reviews but I knew the brand so went for it anyway. I live in a condo where HOA doesn’t allow washer and dryer so I had to get a low profile dryer that could hide. I previously got a portable dryer but that barely lasted. This on the other hand is incredible. It’s 110 volts meaning it can plug into any standard outlet so now electrical work needed to make a 220 and it is ventless so I don’t have to get an indoor vent kit and leave my room humid. It leaves our clothes completely dry and it completely dries our KING comforter with 0 issues. The only down side is the drying time is longer than your average dryer. Example my comforter took 3:30 hours to dry. But the low energy consumption makes it up. Hope this helps anyone in the market for something like this or lives in a apartment that doesn’t allow it but needs one hidden away!

If you are in a space that only has normal wall plug ins (110v outlets) get this. It’s not very loud and it dries clothes in about an 1-1 1/2 hours. I have yet to wash a comforter, but the other review said there was no issue. It’s pretty spacious too, bigger than I thought. Here is a note: it says in the manual wait 2 hours until you plug it in, and on the machine, it says 4-6. I confirmed with the company that you only need to wait 2 hours, and I did not have an issue.Another note: you have to change the lint storage every 1-2 loads and the water compartment where the water drains to every two ish loads. You can hook it up to the sink to drain if you want, but I just empty the compartment. For what I needed, this machine is very reliable and gets the job done.
