I kid you not, these speakers outperform some 20k+ setups I’ve owned. Plug them in and you are ready to go. There’s a solid number of connection options, built in hi-res streaming and they look cool to boot. I bought these over Bang & Olufsen Beolab 28’s and considering you can now buy 3 pairs of these to one of the B&O, it’s a no brainer.

I had high expectation on this pair and out the box it was impressive: nice look, good sound. After taking a nap I woke up and tried to enjoy again and I noticed the L speaker (secondary) had no sound. Then it was a whole afternoon+night investigation, reset, wifi AP re-setup, power on/off, check Reddit and YouTube, firmware update, everything I can think of to debug but still unsuccessful.. I can get it to work with a wired connection but this is a wireless one and you can see from my living room - having a cable in between is definitely a deal breaker... And from all the research, the wireless problem is very commonly seen on all KEF wireless products..I tried to call KEF, but never got a chance to talk to any human..Sorry.. I love the sound but have to return it ...and I wonder when KEF can get this wifi platform upgraded and fixed..If you don't care about the wireless and can accept the cable connection, this one is still a good piece, otherwise, think twice..

Playing with the settings is important. I feel when you do expert setting vocal stand out but bass is compromised, hence a subwoofer might be needed In normal setting bass is excellent but sound stage goes down a notch. Over all best active speaker I’ve ever heard. Kef is on to something.

If you are looking for most bang for your money, maybe this is not for you.But if you are looking for simple high end speaker that does not need anything else (pre amp, amp, etc ), then this is it !All I need was Tidal or Spotify. - Ready to go in 5 minutes.LS60 Wireless is probably not for full orchestra symphony, but other than that voice, piano, violin, pop, rock.... all amazing, clear, crisp & airy. All my family members loved it, too.

Has KEF Just Disrupted the Audiophile World? This product is both evolutionary and revolutionary. It applies and integrates a bunch of KEF technologies that have been tested and proven in several previous designs, including: 1) coaxial integration of midrange and tweeter technology in their patented Uni-Q arrangement to create a single coherent source for the most important frequencies in the human voice; 2) a force canceling back-to-back alignment of low-frequency drivers that delimits and pretty much eliminates the traditional problem of cabinet resonance when creating low frequencies; 3) wireless streaming technologies that support extremely high bit rates and lossless files; 4) integration of bass driver and Uni-Q alignment, to create a single apparent and coherent point source for sound at all frequencies; 5) integrated power amplifiers as seen in their previous lines of wireless speaker including the extremely successful LS 50 wireless series. Not mentioned in their product literature but at least as critical to all of the above in the sound quality of this amazing speaker is how effectively KEF have created both flat frequency response on-axis, and as much as possible, flat power radiation into the room. This flat frequency response combined with the single coherent point source approach makes their speakers sound amazingly neutral and natural. They've even managed to do phase alignment, for hard-core folks who still believe that they can hear these things – even though there's actually no substantive evidence that most people can hear phase alignment or detect modest degrees of phase misalignment at all.The bottom line is that this speaker might be the best speaker in the world for the money, and easily one of the great audiophile values of all time, unless you're trying to fill an auditorium. It's probably the best small-to-medium-sized speaker of all time, in terms of overall acoustic quality and fidelity. And it will play pretty loudly and provide plenty of volume, unless you're powering up a disco. Validating all of this, the LS60 Wireless just won Stereophile Product of the Year in 2023.If you listen to them on your favorite material with a reasonably high source quality, you will hear things you've never heard before unless you already have a state-of-the-art system, and you will be astonished at how ‘big’ they sound – indeed they are astonishingly close in overall sound quality to KEF's Blade Meta, their no-holds-barred $35,000 loudspeaker system. For a fraction of the money and without you having to buy separate amplifier. Here's the revolutionary part: instead of spending a ton of money on speakers and amplifiers you can get a compact system that integrates with almost any decor, comes in three exceptionally attractive colors, does not take up the a ton of space, and yet blows away most so-called ultimate loudspeakers, for a fraction of the money. In that sense I think they may be actually disrupting the audiophile world, because people are realizing that the tens of thousands of dollars that they spent on separates, and the additional tens of thousands of dollars spent on so-called ultimate loudspeakers have just been obviated and superseded by these mini-Blades. If you don't believe me and you think this is hype, please read my review of the Blades on Amazon. These speakers give the Blades and even the newer Blades Meta (which is subtly improved from the original version in several ways) a very serious run for a whole lot less money (less than one quarter of the cost). And given their integration with emergent and increasingly dominant streaming technologies, the LS 60 might even be better in certain ways, and it's certainly more convenient. They will integrate with everything from legacy analog phonograph systems (if you have a phono preamp), CD players, TV systems, and all of the streaming music services. The hardest part of setup is getting them on your network – after that, it's a breeze. They offer a decent array of customization options to set them up the way that you like your sound in your room, including tuning of both bass and treble. If you're thinking about dropping serious money into a traditional stereo system, with heavy amplification and great big speakers or if you are thinking of upgrading an older legacy stereo system with new amps and speakers – don't. You'll regret it, unless you listen to these first. There is really nothing separating them from KEF's Blades – they're that good.

Veré pleased with my purchase. I added a sub which I plugged to the secondary speaker and the sounds really opened a lot. I have in ceiling speaker that after installing this LS60 became unnecessary. Expensive but shorty I get complements all the time and I am only starting my living room.

I own ls50 + kc62 about 2 years. It is a very nice set for music that asks instruments and bass performance. But I am very disappointed for listening musics that need to listen the singers but not instruments. It feels like all the sounds are melted together. I like to hear clear instruments but I also want to hear clear sounds from singers.Ls60 did make the difference, I found what I need from the first day it arrived. No need to mention plenty hours spend to find the best setting spots. But! What truly blowed my soul to the space is to play a song by all ls60 + ls50 +kc62. The key point here is to find right spot for each box. We cannot see resonance wave but ears can catch it once it is right. It is a great toy to me. Love it.Updates at 11MAY2024. Added sony az str7000 to assemble a cinema 5.1. Hooked up LS60 and LS50 wireless to pre-out ports of the AV receiver by RCA cables. Interestingly, sound became unrecognizable in a super good way. It feels like I never truly hear them before.
