I had to buy my own power cord as the product did not come with one. Also, no product documentation in the box - zero!!!

What super sound. I think my house is vibrating with the sound. It's in my office, and the roof is shaking from the bass so is my lazyboy.

This speaker has truly amazing sound quality for a single speaker. I like to listen to music while I work from home, so I installed this in my office and while setup was not the easiest thing to do via the iPhone app, it was not too bad.I did my streaming tests with it via the Tidal streaming service and the sound was really good. I'm not an audiophile so I'm not going to sit here and get deep into its soundstage or anything, but it easily presents itself as something with multiple speakers, gets quite loud and sounds 10x better than any other speaker in my house.A couple of things I feel are important to note: - It lists "Voice control with Alexa" as a feature", keep in mind that while yes, you can control this via Alexa, it does not have Alexa built-in. You will have to create a space in the Alexa app and then you'll also need an Alexa device that you say things like "Alexa, play "artist name" in the "" in order for it to actually play. So, its controllable via alexa, but does not have any alexa "smarts" built in. - It does not come with the wall mount bracket. That is available separately and is $100, which is extremely steep to me.Overall, if you're looking for a single speaker solution to stream really high-quality audio that sounds great, this is a good speaker. It's just very expensive and not the most intuitive thing in the world to use. I took away two stars because of the cost and the requirement to use the app or setup Alexa integration (via a separate Alexa device!) in order to control it.

The Formation Flex wireless speaker is solid, though pricey, contender when compared to the original Apple Homepod and Sonos Move.Set-up: Thankfully you only have to set-up the speaker once because of the three speakers the B&W was the most difficult to set-up. I don't know if the instructions were missing from the box or not, but the information on how to set-up the speaker was very sparse and it took a bit of trial and error to get the speaker on-line and integrated with the home network. The difficulty in set-up resulted in a half star deduction from its overall rating. Of the three, the HomePod was by and far the easiest to set-up; you basically plug just it in and are walked through the entire set-up -- easy peasy. The Sonos move wasn't quite as easy to set-up but it was a quick, straightforward process.Sound quality: Of the three, the B&W Formation Flex overall slightly bests the Apple Homepod and is clearly ahead of the Sonos Move. I give the win to the B&W because it has the clearest high frequency and mid-range sound reproduction and is pleasant to listen to. The Homepod slightly trails in second place, and is second to none in terms of bass reproduction and room filling sound; for its size it is absolutely amazing that the Homepod is able to produce the bass notes that it does. There is nothing wrong with the sound quality of the Sonos Move -- it is just less remarkable and is slightly muted when compared to the others.Price: At the time of procurement the B&W is the priciest at $500, followed by the Sonos Move at $400 and the least expensive is the Apple Homepod at $270. The price of the B&W resulted in another half star deduction in its overall rating.Overall recommendation:* B&W Formation Flex: On the PRO side, of the three it is the most stylish and it produces the best overall sound; it is also nice that you are able to tailor the sound through the B&W app. On the CON side, it was the hardest to set-up and it is the most expensive.* Apple Homepod: On the PRO side, it produces the best room-filling sound with the best bass response. It is also the least expensive and easiest to set-up and integrate with your home. On the CON side, Apple sadly discontinued manufacturing them so you'll need to purchase used.* Sonos Move: On the PRO side, it is easy to set-up and is the only portable wireless speaker of the three so it is a great choice if you want good sound that you can take outdoors or around the house. On the CON side, while quite acceptable, its sound quality was slightly lack-luster compared to the other two and it is also the least stylish/most industrial looking of the bunch.

I’m a little bit of a b&w fanboy but this thing is objectively spectacular. The soundstage is incredibly wide for a single speaker and of course it has the signature B&w laid back sound. Bass is deeper than expected, it’s not a subwoofer but it’s very capable and clean down low. Only problem is I’m going to need a marble pedestal to properly display it.

I have owned the Zeppelin, and also auditioned the Wedge against the Formation Duo and even a 700 series bookshelf passive speakers setup with subwoofer. It’s a worthy step up from the Zeppelin. In a smaller to medium sized room, it gets very close to the Formation Duo, and while those are good and 5x the price, they are definitely not 5x better than the Wedge to my ears, and especially if you don’t usually listen at high volumes. If you have a big room or high ceilings, then get the Duo. At high volumes, the Wedge has extremely good dynamics and holds together without distorting— it’s very punchy and has very balanced bass, mids, and highs. The DSP in the Formation range does wonders for the sound and is an advantage over passive speakers. Highly recommended, especially as an upgrade over the Zeppelin, though if budget is tighter and you can get the Zeppelin for ~600 when on sale, it’s a solid buy compared to the Wedge as well.
