To select your size: Measure around the ches tjust under the armpits, for chest circumference.
Sizes may be smaller than usual. Choose a larger size for a more comfortable ft.
How to Wear KD Shoulder Support Brace
Step 1
Adjust the Chest-Wrap Strap to the most comfortable tightness.
Step 2
Adjust the arm strap to a comfortable level to minimize underarm chafing.
Step 3
Attach the X-Strap to add supplementary compression and support to the targeted shoulder region.
Step 4
Align the X-Strap's center seam with the shoulder seam of the main brace, then adjust the strap tightness as desired.

This shoulder brace has really helped with neck and back pain that slowly got worse and worse as I worked at a computer for long hours. My job has me spending long hours on a computer, and since using this brace has provided relief. Previously my neck and back muscles would get very stiff and even cause my arm to get numb. I even saw the doctor on multiple occasions because I was worried about my heart (given it was my left arm). He advised me to do stretches and get support for my shoulder/arm. It gives my shoulder the needed stability and comfort even during extended periods of computer work. The durability of the materials and level of support the brace gives me provides consistent support all day. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a quality and comfortable shoulder brace, especially for those like me who spend long hours at a computer like me.

Amazingly this fits well, even a little big, which is odd for these sorts of things for me and my wide torso. Definitely a good thing. It doesn't feel like it's that supportive at first, as it doesn't really impede movement much, but the more I wear it, the more I realize that it does actually seem to help with limiting motion that would otherwise make my shoulder injury worse. I slipped and fell at the top of some concrete steps, throwing my hands out to stop myself as I hit the landing. Messed up my right shoulder something fierce, been doing PT for weeks now. Was looking for something to help, but my doc said not to get a sling or anything that would totally immobilize, as that could make it worse. So this seemed like/seems like a good alternative. Doc approved. Also I can fit a hot or cold pack under a little holder part. Gotta give it a 5/5.
