My 2 buns love it!I like that I can fill it up & set it anywhere for them to snack on hay.Love having an upright feeder that they can't pee in 😆.Didn't come with instructions but anyone with the slightest mechanical inclination can figure it out.Agree with other reviews that the top/lid is a little hokey. Screw stripped out within a couple weeks, but really isn't necessary anyway.Would buy again if needed.

We love this hay feeder for our bunny - it keeps his hay contained and fresh. Peter "the" Rabbit is not able to pull his hay all over the floor anymore! It was so easy to assemble, it holds the hay in place, is easy to clean, and add fresh new hay (on the top). It's not too large or bulky. It is perfect for our mischief maker!

Good size but poor quality. The wood wasn’t very sturdy and it started to mold. Our bunny hutch is outside and although it didn’t get wet, humidity caused it to mold. Lesson learned.

The screws / wingnut were missing. The fit and finish were iffy - the wood was rough and the dowel holes splintered. Not insurmountable problems, but not what I expected for $25. Seems like a workable product, but slightly overpriced, and apparently the manufacturer has poor quality control. I would recommend buying something else.

This is a super hay feeder for my bunny Piper! It is her height, as you can see in the picture. Putting it together was a bit challenging. It helps to have a rubber mallet (which I used), and to align each dowel one at a time down the line as you tap the side with the rubber mallet. The only thing that could be improved is the wing nut on top holding the roof on. It doesn't completely tighten, just spins when it gets to the bottom of the screw. The screw itself could also be a little shorter so it doesn't stick up as much and possibly cause injury. But the hay feeder has a large base and is super sturdy. It also keeps the hay in while having enough space between the dowels for Piper to reach her timothy hay easily. She gives this feeder two paws up!!

So I think this product was awesome! The pegs can come apart semi- easily making building it kind of annoying but nothing unbearable. The feeder is made out of wood so be careful with peeing. And I didn’t realized how huge this thing is. I usually buy stuff marketed to bunnies for my Guinea pig because companies always find a way to make things microscopic and expensive when marketed to Guinea pigs. But regardless of it being just barely too tall for a 1 story (14 inch) C&C cage with a cover (for cats lol), I can see this product still being good for multiple Guinea pigs standing around it at one time with a playpen or an open/2 story+ tall c&c cage, as well as a bunny in an open room. Also I wouldn’t recommend using it as a bowl and hay feeder, the pellets will side under the hay part and realistically hay is really just too dusty, the scraps will cover all the pellets even if they didn’t slide under. Get just a cheap bowl on the side for food other than hay.
