This is the second time I am sending this house back because it came without a perch, hardware for enclosure attachment, even the rubberband is missing. Misleading! Missing pieces! This one was also glued together which is unsafe for birds!

Sadly didn’t attract any wild birds but still looks cuteRubber band that holds lid closed keeps breaking from weather exposure so in windy times the lid flaps noisily but otherwise cute

I bought this for my cockatiel's cage, It is wonderful. She used it to lay her. Eggs, and now she's setting on babies. It is the perfect size for them. It fits her babies and daddy. I would highly recommend this product

okay for the price. i did not get the hardware to attach it to the cage, so i guess i have to figure that out myself. the box itself is nice and big, and the lift lid will make it easy to clean. will even be able to leave it open on hot days for more airflow. the ring around the door is dented, and i will need to sand the edges to make everything less splintery. the wood seems to be something basic, pine maybe, but doesn't have a strong smell. overall, decent, but not amazing. would have rated four stars, but leaving out the nuts and bolts is a big L for me.

Very easy to assemble. The size is perfect for my birds, they are cockatiels. Appearance is adorable, it’s like a little house, very original, not like the nests you usually see. The build quality is extremely well made, very sturdy. Definitely worth its price. My birds love it!

Pros:Nice wood and size X-large will work with my parakeets. lots of room inside for maybe two mommas nesting. Style is prettyCons:Metal Circle on opening: extends beyond the wood on the inside leaving sharp edges. See photo. I will be removing this altogether.Dowel given(5/8 in) is too large for the predrilled hole 4/8 in: I will have to find a replacement. And it would be nice for bird to have ample room to sit on either side of the opening. Its not even 4 in in length. The photo in the description for sale is showing a perch about 8-9 inches. It also shows Two screws for hanging on the side of the cage. I only have one predrilled hole in the center of the back of the nest and one attachment. Description shows a nice rope to maybe hang it from the top of the cage. Did not come with any rope.The rubber bands for the lid were broken, but its not an important part of the design. I will remove the screws and forget about rubber bands. Not needed.So if you can modify at home go ahead and purchase. You don't get everything they are advertising in their description of what they are selling. Disappointed in that. But I have found that the last two previous nest boxes I bought that have similar metal front also extended beyond the wood and removed them also. Reason I have to keep buying nest boxes? My birds go to town chewing them to pieces! This box though feels like the wood is a bit more sturdy and durable. That is why I will keep it and give it a try.

My female budgie, Bella just laid an egg! She loves her nest box and so does her man, lol! She just laid one egg and I'm sure there will be lots more to follow! I'll order more as I have over four couples and they all wanted this nest box, lol. It was super easy to install and my budgies got in almost immediately to check it out! I'm a happy camper! 🤗

Our parkeets love this nest box. We have 4 of these. 2 sit empty, and 2 of my girls, Avalon and Delfina, love nesting together and sharing mommy duties. They are on their second set of chicks.This nest box is sturdy, cute and easy to install inside or outside of your cage. One side of the roof lifts to peek inside.P.S. My mice have one too and they love it.
