The KATA Hole Saw Set is a solid kit and worked great for installing ceiling lights in my home. The variety of saw blade sizes, ranging from 3/4” to 5”, made it easy to find the perfect size for each project. The blades cut through soft wood and PVC boards smoothly, creating clean and precise holes without any hassle.The kit is well-organized in its storage case, which makes it easy to keep everything in one place. The included mandrels, hex key, and drill bits are a nice bonus and add to the kit’s versatility. I was particularly impressed with how sharp and durable the blades felt, even after multiple uses.The only slight downside is that the blades are best suited for softer materials; I wouldn’t recommend them for tougher or denser surfaces. But for what it’s designed for, this set does the job exceptionally well.If you’re tackling DIY projects like ceiling light installation or working with soft woods and PVC, this is a great kit to have on hand. It’s affordable, reliable, and delivers excellent results. Definitely a good value for the price!

Get what you pay for I just needed to drill 6 holes for drink holders. The bit comes loose every time you use it the blade wobbles and the nut backs off. The overall set up is junk but if you’re just needing something cheap to drill a hole or 2 it’s ok.

Unless you need to cut a hole in excess of 5", this kit includes the necessary blades and accessories that you will probably need for your home projects. It also includes 14mm and 16mm Forstner bits. The blades cut through drywall and plywood with relative ease. Note that the blades are recommended only for use on soft woods and plastic. The kit is reasonably priced and appears to use quality materials. Highly recommended.

I only purchased these for drilling holes in plastic totes for a project. They work well for this. I can't speak for higher demand projects. The teeth were in good shape, and the kit included everything it should. Overall, very pleased with the value. If you're doing a heavy duty project, it's probably a good idea to spring for something a bit higher end. Although, that's just speculation. These might be sufficient, as I've only drilled totes with them.

This is a great investment. I've used them pretty heavily for the last couple weeks on a few projects. They work really well. The backstop plate gets a little bent when you force it after it gets hot, but that's fine. Excellent purchase.
