Very precise and looks great! I used tubs surround adhesive and painters tape to secure the goof ring to the ceiling. I waited three days, then carefully removed the painters, tape and voilà.!!

This custom plate was perfect to finish my project. My new bathroom fan cover was just a little too small. Perfect alternative to patching or caulking. Very good customer service as well.

Ordered a collar with a 5 inch inside diameter. On arrival and inspection the ID was undercut forcing us to sand the inside of the collar to the dimension specified. Had I known the item would not have been fabricated correctly I would have used a different source.PROS:- Plastic, won't rust in moist environmentCONS:- Item received not fabricated to specifications given- Higher cost due to design to specifications (even though it wasn't made to specifications)- If you leave a non-positive review be prepared to receive argumentative messages from this company. Here is just a piece of one sarcastic response: "We would have refunded the order but then we would not have been able to fuel our new 2024 luxury gulfstream jet to our 3 week vacation in the tropics."

I replaced 40 bathroom exhaust fans in occupied apartments, the new fans were slightly smaller, these custom trim rings aka goof rings made a finish product without the mess of a drywall patch and paint. I used double stick take to hold the goof rings to the ceiling5 star

I ordered them a few times and they came in great. The cuts were sloppy on a few of them in this last order, that caused an issue.This was a very visible high end project. I had them custom painted matt black with a texture to match the square down lights they were going onto. Mistakes happen, but do not ship them out to your clients.

We had a weird 9" light hole to cover in the bathroom we were remodeling. We wanted to change it to an LED recessed retrofit light but couldn't find a light bigger than 6". Needed a solution and this was (part) of the solution we came up with! Great packaging and quality! Thank you!

The picture shows rounded corners on tbe square goof ring, but mine came with very smart 90 degree corners. It simply looks like a flat, very squared, thin piece of shiny plastic.I would have much preferred rounded corners and maybe a more matte look. But I needed something for a quick fix and this will do. Can't say I would get it again though.I might also add you will want to consider how you will install this as it does not come with anything to mount it with. I applied Caulk to the back side and then the exhaust fan cover it was used behind held it up as well.

Does what its supposed to. Made my LED retrofit on my balcony look a lot more finished. Quick to ship, product as described.
