Be sure to order the correct diameter opening for the globe to accommodate the bulb.. this depends on the method of securing the globe to the pedestal

When we bought our house in 2021 there was a broken old globe and the search began for a replacement. I am not exaggerating when I say that it took over a year to find one, I tried the normal DIY Stores and even some of the more independent Lighting Stores but to no avail.With a few searches I came across KastLite, seeing it was sold in the US at the DIY Stores I was a little frustrated but a link to it on Amazon was the saving grace.Initially I was concerned as I wanted to see the quality first hand given the price point but when I save I was overwhelmed on receipt, I am deadly serious.It was packaged so well and secured, not chance of being damaged and the quality was on point, very thick acrylic and the cut out (neckless) was to the inch. Fit perfect and now makes the outside of my home look as good as the inside.
