It says: Fitter 3 1/4.The picture implies that this is the diameter from outer lip to outer lip. It is not. It is the internal diameter.Would it be so hard for these sellers to include all the measurements? It should have stated both the internal diameter and the measurement from outer lip across. Or at least specified accurately.Too big for my lamp. I had to return it.
