Designed with the avid angler in mind, the Bait Boss utility binder offers the ultimate in flexibly to organize your soft bait collection for quick access. It’s great for both saltwater and freshwater fishing, you can customize your bait assortment and tackle to target crappie, bass, pan fish, flounder, or red fish. This binder is much larger than competitive models (13.4” x 9” x 4”) and will quickly become your favorite bag!
The Bait Boss tackle bag is manufactured with durable 420D rip-stop nylon and is built to withstand the harsh conditions anglers encounter every day. The exterior hydrophobic coated nylon repels water from the outside and a PVC layer on the inside provides double protection to ensure your tackle is protected from the elements.
Six quick access bait sleeves provide abundant capacity for managing soft plastic baits such as worms, swim baits, and creature baits. Zippered transparent pockets inside the front and rear covers provide a good location to store hooks, weights, snaps, swivels and other terminal tackle.
Our loop zipper pulls make it easy to quickly open your Bait Boss with one finger. If you do happened to over-stuff your fishing gear bag and split a zipper, it can easily be repaired with the self-healing zippers. Simply pull the zipper past the split section and you’re ready to go.

Great for organizing soft baits however I have a couple small complaints.-wish it was slightly thicker and had a couple more "pages", or that different style pages could be purchased separately.-purchased this thinking I could put baits directly into it, however they still need to be in the original plastic bags or they will stain the nylon pouches.If you don't have a ton of baits to organize, it's good. Quality is very good on it and the zipper pulls are great.Overall though, I wanted something to eliminate a all the plastic bait bags and this was not the solution. I prefer the roll up organizers with clear plastic pouches. They are cheaper, and baits go directly in the pouches. I feel like they are about half the size and I find they hold just as much.

I'm a real convert to KastKing products. All of my recent purchases are of excellent quality. I'm going to try their tackle next.This wallet if just terrific, a ton of storage and the materials are excellent quality. The size is pretty big; bigger than I expected so it's easily a stand alone tackle storage. I'm looking forward to using it for my spinner baits and such.

I am using this to hold all my terminal tackles and some jigs. This is perfect. Size is really good, and quality seems to be really good. I'll see how it holds up staying on my boat for a while. It holds much more than I expected. So far I highly recommend.

KastKing really nailed this bag. Amazed how much this fits for the size. I filled each pocket and it felt like it wouldn't possibly zip shut. But it did. Effortlessly. Right down to the pleated outer pocket, they designed in that extra bit of room and flexibility to put all you could possibly need in it. I'm using it to replace a messy hard bin of soft baits but it could easily be modified to carry a fully functional set of soft & hard baits plus all the terminal tackle you could possibly need.For reference (see pic) I put the following in and still have some room:9 ZMAN TRDs, craws, ticklerz5 ROBOWORMS2 ZOOM fat worms3 KVD RODENTS3 YUM DINGERS3 YAMAMOTO ZAKOS2 GOOGAN BAITS BANDITO BUGS1 RI SWEET BEAVER1 SK RAGE BUG1 SK SUPER TOAD1 ZOOM BABY BRUSH HOG1 BBB CRAW1 BBB BEAVER1 POWERWORM1 POWER MINNOW1 COWBOY2 ZOOM TUBES2 BBB TUBES1 POWER TUBES3 packs of NED heads+ 4 ziplocks of swimmers (KEITECH, RAGE, etc). Clamshell packs just take up too much space in general so I labeled some snack size zips.I carry my other worms/senkos in a tackle tray of their own but could/will add some in zips as well.You can also change the order of the pockets (hinged binder clips) to prioritize what you reach for first.I can't comment on water resistance or long term durability yet but it seems rock solid.If there is one thing I would change it would be velcro on the pre-divided pockets instead of sewn, so you have the option to have all large pockets if you choose. That and maybe shoulder strap rings, though that could be improvised easily enough.But if that's all I've got to "criticize", KastKing has done well. Very well.

UPDATED REVIEW: Well, the more I used this I developed a love /hate relationship. For me, it became apparent that I needed the handle on the opposite end. Additionally, I longed for a shoulder strap to free up my hands. When I bank fish, I move around a lot. I found I don't always take the time to put my lures and tackle away immediately which means loose tackle in my bag. Because the handle is on the closed end of the case, you need to be sure to zip the case totally or risk things falling out. Seems like a silly thing but you might be surprised how many times you wish you could just pick up the case for a quick move without zipping it up all the way. My opinion regarding quality and durability remains then same as does my rating.Kastking, a couple of rings on each side or on the back to accommodate a carrying strap would go along way. Maybe it's just me but I also think the handle is on the wrong end.Initial Review: Love this little bag. I'm a fan of the "binder" storage/organization system. Seems well made, lots of sleeves with quality zippers for plastics, terminal tackle, tools, anything you would need. There is an amazing amount of room, enough to carry one hard case of lures if you need. I Prefer this to a rigid tackle box. I would recommend a few modifications...a shoulder strap or cross body strap would free up your hands to carry your rods and reels. Perhaps the handle should be on the opposite side of the bag, eliminating the risk of things falling out if you fail to zip the bag completely. Lastly, a couple of velco straps would be nice to secure a hard plano type tackle case, should you decide to carry one. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
