Not a Canadian product as indicated. The back of speaker says made in China, not that that's a bad thing but why say its a Canadian product when its not. Returned because its made of plastic and has no way of adjusting the sound, no equalizer or app to control the speaker, didn't like the tone at all for my desk top.

I have previous Ora model. It's good but high frequencies are definitely not extended enough, therefore it sounds dull often. New Ora 4 has everything, great highs, forward mids, deep base. Everything is in front of you, everything is forward, deep satisfaction. Highly recommended! Absolute delight to listen to it. Base is exceptional, it goes very deep. Highs are very airy and detailed. Great resolution in mids. I have many great monitors including the best and all mighty Neumann KH 80. Neumann is the best thing every created by humans but it has truncated base and it needs subwoofer. Ora 4 is basically mini KH 80 with extended deep base. Just incredible!

I kept saying, "wow" the first time I listened to these speakers. The clarity, range and response is highly enjoyable. Impressive. A few downsides however: (1) the speakers are white, but all the cables are black; (2) they are not loud, even at maximum volume. So if you like to listen to your music loud, you should buy another set of speakers.

I really didn't want to spend this much money on a pair of speakers but the aesthetic and connection capabilites of these felt miles ahead of the competition. As someone who uses this for standard office work during the day and music production during the evening I can honestly say I am happy with this purchase. I really love how they cleaned up my cable management and how I can connect them to multiple devices in different ways. The sound is good and if you aren't an audiophile you will likely feel like they are plenty without the bass. Another thing I would mention is that they look massive in photos and reviews but honestly I think they are a perfect size for some desktop speakers of someone who wants something a little more serious. All that said.. I do think they could knock the price down a little bit or at least include some of the peripherals at this price point. The ecosystem is really nice with a variety of stands and it would be nice if at least one of these came with them at this price.

Very nice set, definitely worth the money and I woudl buy again. I've own'd a pair of Marin Logan eltrostats, and a pair of BMW CM1. As far as high fi goes both of those set are considerably more expensive than these but also had a nice high end which I really loved. I probably would really enjoy the TUK with the AMT tweeter but they are massive and too big for my desk. These are really nice to listen too and very smooth across the range. They have very good low end for their size, near a wall I get hear about a 3db peak near 50Hz so it not exactly flat with the port near a wall. but you can Eq it to your room. Despite thier excelent bass respsone for thier size they could still use a Sub. especially if listening to rap or music that emphasises low end a lot. However having said that they still have enough low end where you don't need a sub and are really content without it

Price point don’t match the sound quality. They are not bad but just not $400 good. I’d take the Edifier 360db over these. The sound isn’t really bright but may suit people who want a more neutral sound. The look is ok. Like the volume knob.

This is a huge change from my AudioEngine+ speakers. When I first turn them on it was night and day, being in front of them feels like a mini concert, here's what I like:Pros:1) The sound is crystal clear and the bass is perfect. Best pair of desk speakers I have ever bought hands down.2) I like that the volume knob is in front.3) I like how the build is rock solid, it doesn't feel like cheap plastic speakers.4) I like how the cord connecting the both speakers just clicks-in and is very long, my audioengine speakers they had this screw were you would have to fit a copper wire in and squeeze the screw between the metal screw and the speaker, which was very annoying.5) I like how it comes with rubber feet so they don't slide around the desk.6) I like how it comes with a color code LED, yellow light means you're connected to the PC, blue light means it's ready to pair with your device. I use an iPad, I like how all you have to do is set it to blue LED and play music from your iPad and that it pairs automatically.Things I don't like:1) Doesn't come with a USB-A - USB-C cord, if you want to plug into your PC then you have to buy it separately.2) The knob doesn't have a stop point, so you always have to remember to turn it down before playing it otherwise you get a jump scare.3) I wish there was a way to adjust the bass manually on these speakers, sometimes the bass can be a bit overwhelming especially if a song is designed to have lots of bass. But that's okay, you just have to adjust the bass on PC or on iPad which is easy enough.Did you notice I still gave it 5 stars? Yeah, the quality overrides all the little things that I found wrong with it!

I was re-doing my desk setup after my PC had died. Had an old logitech 5.1 setup which wasn't great and had a lot of cables. Saw tons of reviews about the Kanto ORA (the smaller ones not the 4) so was looking to get those when I stumbled upon the ORA4 which were bigger and more powerful but there were no reviews out yet. Given that I was hesitant to drop the $400 for the speakers with no reviews, but all the other reviews for Kanto products were solid. I could have just gotten the ORAs and been good, but I took a swing and am so pleased I did. These things rock. The sound is so crisp and meaty I pipe everything to them now. The bass hits while also staying clear. I like them so much I decided to get the Sub8 like a week later, not because they lack in bass mind you, but because I wanted them to operate in the most ideal setup. Installation was super easy, controls are simple to learn and do exactly what you want them to do. Pricey but worth it!
