I have nothing but good things to say about this company from start to finish. Ordering was simple, item was shipped in 2 days. I will highly recommend them and I give them 10 stars if I could!! I will definitely use them for future purchases a d tell everyone I know to buy this product. I know that my package deliveries will always be safe with this camera. I can see who comes and goes and feel safe knowing I get a notification everytime someone enters my porch. Again, excellent customer service! They immediately responded to my inquiries and handled them efficiently and surprisingly!!! I am very happy with my purchase and the great people behind it!!! I rhank them very much!!! :)

The insurance is trash. They will do everything so they don't have to pay you. Nor admit their product is flawed. If you run across the camera it won't capture the image fully and you won't be able to see who took your package. Unless your thief takes their time you won't get a good image. It's good if you want a cheap way to scare people from stealing your packages. But in the end its just that. Cheap and the insurance is useless. Just imagine having to capture a potential crime in a GIF and they tell you it's not their fault their imaging is delayed and my dog could of recorded something better with an original nokia

Does its job as a deterrent. Motion detection is very insensitive or oversensitive. Some people coming and going are simply not detected, no matter the sensitivity settings. Then again moving branches trigger the picture recording. Most people coming are recorded when they leave, i.e. from the back. The picture files are okay, but leave out details and the stitched picture files are very short.But that was not the point for me. I just wanted something that tells people that there is some type of recording going on, and the kangaroo does its job. Its clearly visible from the outside, very easy to install and to set up to my home wifi. The app on the phone has lots of delays and stallings, but again, this device is not geared towards a continuous and realistic monitoring of the doorway in real time video quality. And it's so cheap that it is overall worth for my needs. If you need a reliable monitoring device, go elsewhere.

I didn’t buy it for its motion detection. Which is good because it’s garbage. I don’t know how many times I’ve had a delivery and it doesn’t tell me there was any motion. Someone walks right up to my door and no detection. But sometimes cars in the parking lot trigger it. I have no clue what’s up with it.The photo quality is pretty poor too.HOWEVER I only actually bought it so that I could actually hear the doorbell anywhere in the house. And THAT works perfectly. Knowing when the doorbell has been rung by getting a notification on my phone is perfect for someone who has hearing issues.

So easy to put up and sends me a good clear picture When there’s motion. Company is also easy to work with and very responsive. I have the doorbell and motion detector for my apartment and the sound is also great for when I’m back in my room and can’t hear someone knock. Connecting to my Bluetooth was easy and took 5-10 minutes. The app makes it easy to check back and see time stamps as well. You can choose to pay for a bigger package or just keep the basics either way it’s great.

The price is right. I have tried several peephole cameras/viewers for my apartment door. While all where easy to install the picture quality was lacking and they did not send notifications. This sends a notification to my phone anywhere in the world. While it does not send video, the stitched photos are sufficient for me and the clarity of them is reasonable. Chime works great and motion detection is not an issue, as I am focused on an apartment hallway, which doesn't have a lot of traffic. Setup was without a doubt the easiest I have ever experienced for a device of this type. Free plan with 24 hour storage is sufficient, as I don't plan on saving the photos and if I did I could just download them to my phone. Very satisfied with the product at this time.

*Updated 2022*This worked well for the first month. Batteries die quickly, oftentimes got a notification that someone was detected at the door and then the image failed to stitch together, leaving me with a blank spot. Noticed this started happening when batteries were low, so we switched to rechargeable. Got to the point that we were missing HUGE gaps of times. Our Chihuahua was even stolen off of our porch and we had no evidence of it, because for someone unknown reason, the image wouldn't stitch together. We ended up trashing this and getting a ring. I'll leave the old review for transparency, but I definitely no longer recommend this at all!!**old 4-star review**Super easy to install, quick and fast set up as well. Tried to invite my boyfriend to my account so he could monitor it as well, but it kept trying to make him set it up as a new device. I just ended up giving him my log-in instead. For the $20 I paid, I'm happy with my purchase. Didn't really need to be able to talk to anyone or have constant monitoring, so it works for what I need it for.

I have it installed on my garage side entry door for the last 5 weeks and I impressed with the quality and functionality. I receive notifications and a pictures which are stitched together to form a video when activity is detected near the door. If I'm home or don't want to receive notifications the motion sensor can be turned off using the app on your phone. Camera sensitivity can also be adjusted using the app. The price can't be beat and some of the other poor reviews aren't taking into account its under 30 dollars for a reliable doorbell camera/security system that is easy to set up.
