Adjust Stripping Length
Adjust the length of stripped wires. Helps you precisely control the size when you need wires of the same or different lengths.

Turn the adjustment knob to set the jaw pressure. Turn clockwise to tighten the jaw when the wire slips. Turn counterclockwise to loosen the jaw when the wire is too large to clamp.

As a DYI'er I have had many mishaps through the years, especially with a slight tremor! I never knew these were a thing until someone mentioned them on a YouTube video! I practiced on some scrap wire and no adjustment of the knob was needed.My only beef is they are really awkward to use if you're left handed! But in typical lefty fashion, I conquered them! 👍

Never had a mechanical stripper before and always wanted one but never had the need until recently and I love the thing now.Read complaints about these and some supposed inability for to work on various cable types and durability, but I had no issues stripping twin and earth and the cables inside, along with different size cables that were external flex of different diameter.The cutting movement is nice, enjoyable to strip cables, grip is good, quality is good, has not had any issues with operation and value is also good.

It does the main feature well enough, stripping wires. To strip cleanly use them quickly. A slow use will cause tearing. The Wire guide was surprisingly useful.My biggest gripe was that the reason I bought them for was useless. The insulated crimper is junk. The edges are too sharp and cut right through the waterproof insulation of the 10 guage butt splicers, so two stars docked for that. I'm sure I can use my dremmel to smooth those out, but I'll probably return it. I shouldn't have to modify a tool so it can perform its intended function.

I knew these existed before but never really had the need/justification to get one. Like most people, if I needed to strip a wire, I'd do it with some pliers/nippers. I'd take off some of the wire in this process as well but that was just normal for me. This thing is great. SO easy and simple now to strip wires. I used these one 16 gauge wire and it worked great. Simple snip and everything was clean and ready to hookup.

Solid tool. Quality feel. Stripping was a breeze and I didn't have to worry about readjusting or tweaking once size was set.Only downside is the crimping is weak.I had to redo the crimping a few times for a solid hold because it kept getting undone. It could just me user but this is my experience / opinion with the tool.

They say you build a better mouse trap and the world will . . . . . Its not a mouse trap. Its a wire stripper. A better one at that. And boy does it work great. Easy to use without the non included instructions. I had to wire up a stereo and it made short work of the job. An excellent addition to my tool box.

I found these to be a fantastic product. So much so that my neighbor liked them so much they bought a pair. I was able to strip 3 conduit wire from the main wire and then the individual 3 without any issue at all. These are a must have for anyone looking to strip and crimp wires. Really nice product.

I started making my own electronic projects when I was 9 years old, and back then wire strippers were horrible. I got so good at just using a razor blade, that I could never justify buying a tool that would shred the copper braid one time, then cut too far into the copper the next.This KAIWEETS tool works GREAT! The description doesn't do it justice because it doesn't explain that it is not limited to fixed-size diameters as other strippers are. This can strip the insulation from ANY size wire that is between the smallest it can do and the largest it can do.I have even been able to strip wire WAY larger than the largest in the specs after I learned how to adjust the tension knob appropriately.You know how a little kid will sleep with his favorite Christmas toy? That's me with this wire stripper.
