Cheap junk. I couldn't strip 14 g wire forget 12 ga. You get what you pay for cheap junk. Damaged the conductor too. I am surprised that Amazon would carry junk like this .

usually strips on first pull, sometimes need to rotate 90 degrees and 2nd pull. good tool ! probably just need to adjust tension but haven't played with it enough yet.

I had purchased this because I was working with some thin wire that I did not want to cut too often. Every time I had a connection this worked perfectly, I never broke the wire stripping the insulation. I have since used it for electrical wires when replacing some switches and outlets, and it made the job much easier. Quality product at a very good price. I am very pleased with the purchase.

it doesn't work as great as other ones i've tried of the same style. when I use it to strip wires, it takes a few tries before it actually strips the wire. i've only used it to cut phone cords and ethernet cords so I would think it shouldn't need much effort. there's no instructions on the packaging either so i can't say that its user friendly.it still does do the job though, i just can't give it 5 stars because it's not super reliable and i feel cringes everytime i reach for using this tool knowing i might have to clamp 1-2x before it strips.

I am not sure how I ever lived without this. After seeing an online video of someone using one of these I had to give it a try. Found this option for a great price. I have not idea how it works but it strips the wire perfectly and effortlessly every time. It somehow knows exactly how much pressure and how deep to score the protective covering without damaging any of the actual wire. The best use so far has been in gangways where there is not enough wire to strip it manually - this reaches in and can work with the smallest amount of wire. This is a must have for any DIY guy,

コードストリッパーはコード経に合わせ刃に隙間があると思っていたら、隙間がなくどこで挟んでも。どんな経のコードもキレイに被覆を剥くので驚いた。価格もそれほど高額ではなく、いい買い物だった。耐久性はこれからだけど、価格を考えたら1年もつだけでも文句いえないかも。

This is fine for the home but not for lots of use. This will be my second one as the first one broke after a year or two. For limited use it great for the price.

I don't do a ton of wire stripping, but I've been working on an LED lighting project that is requiring a lot of short wires, and my old stripper doesn't work well any more, so I picked this up, and it's been working well. I've only used it on a few different sizes ... 22 awg, 20 awg, and some 16 awg lamp cord, but it has handled all of them just fine!

Compré este producto junto a la pinza de corte y he quedado sorpredido de lo buenos que son dado su precio. Son muy cómodos en la mano, tienen un resorte oculto por lo que no tengo que preocuparme de que salte y se pierda, cortan bastante bien y el acabado pulido es bastante bueno, mejor que el de otras marcas más caras que tengo. Lo volvería a comprar si me hiciera falta como me pasó con las pinzas de corte que he vuelto a pedirme otra para dejarlas en otra vivienda.
